Report: Seth Rollins To Be Removed From Team Hogan vs. Team Flair Match At WWE Crown Jewel

Change coming to WWE Crown Jewel?

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Seth Rollins is not scheduled to work two matches at WWE Crown Jewel and will be removed from the Team Hogan vs. Team Flair match. Rollins was announced as the captain for Hulk Hogan's team on the Sept. 30 episode of WWE Raw.

On Monday's edition of Raw, WWE announced that Rollins would defend the WWE Universal Championship against "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt in a Falls Count Anywhere match at WWE Crown Jewel. Meltzer reports that the singles match against Wyatt will be the only match Rollins works on Oct. 31 and that his removal from the Team Hogan vs. Team Flair bout will be addressed on television in the coming weeks.

As of now, WWE is still advertising Rollins for the five vs. five bout on their website and they have not officially removed him from the match. The advertisement currently lists Rollins, Rusev, & Ricochet for Team Hogan and Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, King Corbin, & Bobby Lashley for Team Flair.
