Former WWE Champion Alberto El Patron was once the figurehead President of Combate Americas until he stepped down from the position in July of 2017. He is still affiliated with Combate Americas and is eyeing a return to the octagon under the Combate's banner.

Sexy Star kick-started her career in professional wrestling in 2006 and began working in AAA. Not too long after her AAA debut she became Reina de Reinas Champion. She was a part of Lucha Underground and worked a few dates for SHIMMER. Sexy Star was the talk of the wrestling world during the summer of 2017 because she applied an arm-bar on Rosemary during their Four-Way championship match at TripleMania XXV and after Rosemary tapped out, Sexy Star kept the arm-bar applied and popped Rosemary's arm out of its joint

The likes of Cody, Brian "Road Dogg" James and Chris Jericho commented on the incident and expressed that Sexy Star would not be allowed to compete where they respectively wrestled and/or worked at the time. Sexy Star is still active in the ring as she last competed this past December for the 'KAOZ' Lucha Libre promotion which is based in Monterrey. Sexy Star does have a pro-fight background that includes a 5-0 Boxing record with her last bout occurring in August of 2018 in-which she picked up the victory via unanimous decision. Sexy Star is set to step into the octagon and her debut bout is in just two months.
