Who was in charge this week?
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Vince and Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, and Kevin Dunn were not at WWE television in California this week. Stephanie reportedly is not a regular at television tapings these days while Triple H went to Florida early as NXT is holding two nights (last night and tonight) of television tapings at Full Sail.
Meanwhile, Vince reportedly had corporate items that he needed to take care of and Dunn doesn't attend television tapings when Vince isn't there. Shane McMahon was in attendance but his role backstage on Monday and Tuesday was not defined with the other executives missing. Shane was a featured television player on both Raw and SmackDown.
With Vince, Stephanie, Triple H, and Dunn not in attendance, Ed Koskey was reportedly "running around like crazy at Raw kind of in control."
It was a long week for those in WWE as they went to Saudi Arabia last week for Super ShowDown on Friday before flying back, running live events on Sunday, and then holding television tapings on Monday and Tuesday. Vince was in Saudi Arabia for Super ShowDown.
