Last year's total attendance was reportedly 43,000 fans, making it the largest crowd for a NJPW show in 16 years. A total attendance number for Wrestle Kingdom 13 should be known in the coming weeks.

As announced during the Wrestle Kingdom 13 broadcast, NJPW will be running the Tokyo Dome for two shows next year during the Jan. 4 weekend.

Jan. 4, which falls on a Saturday in 2020, will once again be the date for NJPW's annual Wrestle Kingdom event. New Year Dash!! is once again scheduled for the next night. New Year Dash!! is typically held at the much smaller Korakuen Hall, but that will change in 2020 when NJPW brings the event to the Tokyo Dome.
