NXT could hold its first-ever two-night TakeOver event in April 2021.
Recently, it was revealed that the WWE Network is advertising an NXT TakeOver event for Thursday, April 8. Now, a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider suggests that Thursday night may not be the only night NXT TakeOver takes place.
According to Johnson's report, there has been talk of the show being the first-ever two two-night Takeover, with part one airing on NXT on the USA Network on Wednesday, April 7 and then night two would continue on the next night on the WWE Network, of course by April 8, WWE Network will have switched over to NBC’s Peacock service in America. WrestleMania 37 is scheduled to be exclusively on Peacock.
Wednesday, April 7 is also reported to potentially be the final NXT on a Wednesday night before a rumored move to Tuesday.
