Report: WWE Developmental Classes To Resume On 8/10

Developmental classes are reportedly set to resume.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, regular classes for WWE developmental talent will resume on August 10. Classes stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Performance Center.

The new classes will reportedly be held in a warehouse near the PC and not the actual PC. Rings will be set up in the warehouse. Talent will reportedly be tested on Sunday with results due back on Monday. Only two people will be allowed in the ring at a time and those not in the ring will have to wear a mask. All NXT talent, including those on television, reportedly have to attend the classes.

WWE has been running all shows at the Performance Center during the pandemic. Developmental talent has been used as audience members, standing behind plexiglass during the events.

In other developmental news, Sareee, who was supposed to join the Performance Center in March but couldn't due to the pandemic, has been given permission by WWE to continue wrestling activies in Japan while she waits for travel to open up. You can find more information by clicking here
