WWE will reportedly tape two episodes of WWE SmackDown on May 19.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that WWE will hold a double taping of WWE SmackDown on May 19. The following week, talent, staff, and crew will have to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the WWE Night of Champions premium live event on May 27. WWE has used this approach in the past, as the double taping allows the company to lighten the load logistically.
The May 19 episode of WWE SmackDown will be held at the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, SC.
As of this writing, no matches have been announced for the May 26 episode of WWE SmackDown.
