WWE and Madison Square Garden have yet to confirm the event.

This will mark the first WWE show at Madison Square Garden since a live event was held at the venue on December 26, 2019. MSG re-opened to full capacity on June 20 for a Foo Fighters concert. A Maroon 5 concert was originally scheduled for September 10, but the event is marked as canceled.

PWInsider also reports the September 13 episode of WWE Raw will emanate from the TDGarden Arena in Boston, MA. Plus, WWE Clash of Champions is reportedly scheduled for Sunday, September 26 from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH.

Also in September, AEW will come to New York with AEW Dynamite at Authur Ashe Stadium on September 22. Chris Jericho commented that AEW could have run at Madison Square Garden or Barclays Center, but those venues have the "WWE brush on them." You can find Jericho's full comments by clicking here.

Early September could shape up to be a busy time for WWE as one night of the 2021 Draft will reportedly be held on during the first week of the month. You can view the reported dates for the WWE Draft by clicking here.
