Report: WWE Signs Alexis Gray & Ezekiel Balogun

WWE has reportedly signed two former NCAA athletes.

According to a new report from PWInsider, WWE has signed both Alexis Gray & Ezekiel Balogun and both performers have now reported to WWE's Performance Center. Both Gray and Balogun have WWE listed in their Instagram account bios, while Gray also recently shared a series of photos that she took at the company's performance center on Instagram.

Gray, 25, is a former track and field star who graduated from Texas Southern University in 2019. Throughout her colligate career, Gray experienced plenty of success, as she placed among the top ten in various races at the 2019 SWAC Outdoor T&F Championship.

Meanwhile, Balogun is a former NCAA basketball star for the North Florida Ospreys. During his time with the team, Balogun played in 55 games and scored over 160 points. Balogun also played basketball at Eastern Florida State College during his Sophomore season and at The Citadel during his freshmen season.

WWE has yet to officially announce the signing of either Gray or Balogun. Fightful will update fans when the announcement is made.
