Report: WWE SmackDown to Return To Two Hours On July 4th

We now now the reported date WWE SmackDown will return to two hours.

Earlier this week, it was reported that a new listing for 'The Rainmaker' in August was for Friday at 10PM EST, indicating that SmackDown will return to two hours before that date.

PWinsider now reports that the blue brand will return to being a two hour broadcast on July 4th.

SmackDown originally became a three hour program earlier this year, with no official announcement yet to be made.

Fightful will provide more details on the show potentially moving back to two hours when they are known.
