An update on Zelina Vega.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that Zelina Vega (Queen Zelina) has been out of action after undergoing surgery for an injury. The injury was not specified but she will reportedly be out of action "for another six to eight weeks."
Vega last wrestled on the April 11 episode of WWE Raw, losing to Bianca Belair.
Prior to being off television, Vega was regularly teaming with Carmella. The duo split after losing the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships to Sasha Banks & Naomi at WrestleMania 38.
The WWE Women's Tag Team Championships are currently vacant after Banks & Naomi walked out of the May 16 episode of WWE Raw. It was announced that the duo was suspended indefinitely and a tournament will be held in the future to crown new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.
