Here is what went down at tonight's Impact tapings:
* In an Xplosion match, Rohit Raju won over a local competitor.
* El Hijo De Fantasma defeated Braxton Sutter. Sutter was working as a heel.
- Sutter cuts a promo saying Allie isn’t out here because she ruins lives. He’s the biggest star in the company and gets nothing for it. This brings out Brian Cage, who promptly destroys him.
* Rosemary defeated Hania.
- Rosemary cut a promo saying that Hania is just a puppy dog, and that the Demon Assassin is still the alpha. ‘They’ declare that they want the Knockouts title. Taya comes out to confront her. She finds her hilarious, but also says she is lucha royalty and the star of the show. Taya lays out Rosemary on the ramp.
- KM walks the Knockouts title down the ramp then introduces Laurel Van Ness. She wants to marry the title, apparently. KM says he’s an ordained minister and will oversee the ceremony. “It’s 2018 and that’s a real thing” he is quoted as saying.
- Braxton Sutter comes out to object. After Cage destroyed him he saw what was most important, Laurel Van Ness. A year ago, he made the biggest mistake of his life because Allie ruins lives. Sutter says he wants to spend the rest of his life with the title and Van Ness. She ends up rejecting him. Allie then comes out and beats down Van Ness to end the segment.
- Kongo Kong and Jimmy Jacobs come out. Jacobs wants Park to bring back Abyss. Jacobs said that he had forced his hand, destroying Chandler and their law offices. This brings out Grandma Jenny Park who doesn't like how they’ve treated Joseph. Park says that Abyss is never coming back. Jacobs said he would hate if something happened to Grandma. Kong attacks Joseph.
The following is what appears to be an episode of Impact called Crossroads.
* LAX defeated Cult of Lee to retain the Impact tag team titles.
* Matt Sydal defeated Taiji Ishimori to win the X Division title. It appears that this was a unification match, as he has both the X and Grand titles now.
* Allie defeated Laurel Van Ness to win the Knockouts title.
* oVe vs. Bobby Lashley. Brian Cage comes out and becomes Lashley’s partner. Lashley and Cage defeat oVe.
* Kogo Kong defeated Joseph Park.
* Austin Aries defeated Johnny Impact to retain the Impact Global title. Alberto El Patron came out after the match and claps, signaling he may be next to challenge.
For Xplosion:
* KM defeated Sugar Dunkerton.
* Sienna defeated Kiera Hogan.
* Eli Drake defeated Fallah Baah.
