Kenny Omega & Hangman Page vs. The Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. & Rey Fenix)

The match begins with Omega doing some work on the arm of Fenix, Fenix gets free after doing a few flips. Omega goes back to work on the arm of Fenix and Fenix gets free before eating a chop, Fenix recovers to hit Omega with an arm drag. Omega gets up and he nails Fenix with a drop kick to the leg followed by a Kitaro Crusher, Omega looks for the One Winged Angel and Fenix gets free to tag in Pentagon Jr. Page tags in and Pentagon Jr immediately taunts him before Page taunts him in return, Pentagon Jr and Page start exchanging strikes in the middle of the ring. Pentagon Jr gains control until Page drops him with a boot to the face, Omega tags in and he double teams Pentagon Jr with Page. Fenix hits the ring and is immediately dropped by the opposing team, Pentagon Jr fights back and he rakes the eyes of Omega. Omega recovers and he knocks Pentagon Jr out of the ring after landing a hurricarana, Omega takes out both opponents with a suicide dive. Omega gets Pentagon Jr back in the ring before tagging Page in, Page gets Pentagon Jr up before landing a few strikes.

Pentagon Jr fights back and he sends a charging Page to the ring apron, Fenix knocks Page to the arena floor after Pentagon Jr lands a super kick. Fenix gets Page back in the ring before double teaming him with Pentagon Jr, Pentagon Jr starts attacking Page with some leg kicks. Page tries fighting back and Pentagon Jr immediately drops him, Page eats a clothesline before dropping Pentagon Jr with one of his own. Omega tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team, Omega goes for You Cannot Escape and Pentagon Jr gets his knees up during the moonsault portion of the move. Fenix returns to the ring and he double teams Omega alongside Pentagon Jr, Omega is knocked out of the ring and Fenix nails him with a suicide dive. Omega is thrown back in the ring and Pentagon Jr nails him with a top rope move for a near fall, Fenix tags in and he attacks Omega with leg kicks. Omega fights back and Fenix levels him with a hook kick to the head, Fenix goes for a rolling hurricarana and Omega counters with a power bomb followed by a knee strike.

Pentagon Jr hits the ring and he knocks Page off of the ring apron, Fenix then nails Omega with a head kick. Pentagon Jr attacks a cornered Omega after Fenix distracts the referee, Omega gets free and he tags Page in. Page quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team. Page knocks Pentagon Jr to the arena floor before taking him out with multiple suicide dives, Page also nails Fenix with a suicide dive. Page gets his foes back in the ring before nailing them with clotheslines, Page nails Pentagon Jr with a drop kick and he lands on Fenix for a near fall. Fenix recovers and he corners Page before landing a step up head kick, Fenix then hits Page with a rolling face buster for a near fall. Pentagon Jr tags in and he double teams Page with Fenix, Pentagon Jr slams Fenix on Page before getting a near fall on him. Pentagon Jr then hits Omega with a super kick to knock him off the ring apron, Pentagon Jr goes to the middle rope and Page attacks him before meeting him up there. Page then hits Pentagon Jr with a super fall away slam, Omega tags in and he nails Pentagon Jr with a diving back elbow strike.

Omega corners both foes and Fenix nails him with a super kick, Omega recovers and he power bombs Fenix into Pentagon Jr. Page then hits Fenix with a discus clothesline for a near fall, Omega then hits Pentagon Jr with a power bomb for a near fall. Pentagon Jr avoids a V Trigger to hit Omega with a sling blade, everybody from both teams hit the ring and they all take each other out. Omega nails Fenix with a snap dragon suplex before nailing Pentagon Jr with a V Trigger, Pentagon Jr recovers and Omega escapes his package pile driver attempt. Page accidentally hits Omega with a Buckshot Lariat, Pentagon Jr and Fenix hit Omega with a package pile driver/double stomp combo for a three count.

Winners: The Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. & Rey Fenix)

After the match, Hangman Page and Kenny Omega start shoving each other before Pac appears on the big screen. Pac says Omega has yet to answer the question that he asked, Pac has the camera follow him and he opens a locker room door before entering it to attack Michael Nakazawa. Omega exits the ring and he goes to the backstage area, Omega gets to the locker room and neither Pac or Nakazawa are there. The Lucha Brothers attack Omega backstage until Hangman Page makes the save, Page and Omega start looking for Nakazawa and Pac.

The Butcher & The Blade w/The Bunny vs. Cody & Darby Allin

The match begins with Allin tagging himself into the match, Butcher quickly overpowers Allin and he tosses him across the ring. Blade tags in and he gets Allin in a headlock, Allin gets free and he knocks Butcher off of the ring apron before knocking Blade out of the ring with a springboard arm drag. Cody tags in and Butcher gets a tag a short time later, Butcher immediately nails Cody with a strike to the back. Cody fights back and Butcher levels him with a clothesline, Butcher corners Cody before tagging Blade into the match. Cody fights back and he nails a charging Blade with a power slam, Butcher tags in and he drops Cody with a boot to the face. Cody fights back again and Blade ensures that he falls out of the ring a short time later, Blade tags in and he gets Cody in the ring. Butcher tags in and he double teams Cody with Blade for a near fall, Blade tags back in and he nails an elevated Cody with a drop kick for a near fall. Cody exits the ring and Blade gets him back in there, Cody throws a few strikes and Blade rakes his eyes.

Butcher tags in and he kicks away at a cornered Cody, Cody fights back and Butcher catches him in midair before landing a fall away slam. Cody exits the ring and Bunny sends him into the ring post, Blade goes after Cody and they exchange strikes before getting back in the ring. Butcher tags back in and he wrenches away on the arm of Cody, Cody gets free and he sends a charging Butcher into the corner. Blade tags in and Cody sends him out of the ring, Blade gets back in the ring and he has a midair collision with Cody. Allin tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team, Butcher tagged in and he nails Allin with a back breaker before knocking Cody off the ring apron. Butcher then applies a cloverleaf on Allin as Blade battles Cody on the arena floor, Cody then throws Butcher into the ring steps. All then hits Butcher with a stunner before tagging Cody in, Cody lands Cross Rhodes and Bunny hops on the ring apron to distract the referee. Blade hits the ring and Cody dumps him back out, Cody and Allin take out their opponents with suicide dives.

Cody gets Blade back in the ring before nailing Butcher with a disaster kick,Allin then hits Butcher with a Coffin Drop on the ring apron. Cody then hits Blade with a top rope cutter for a three count.

Winners: Cody & Darby Allin

- A video package airs on Jungle Boy.

Awesome Kong w/Brandi Rhodes & Melanie Cruise vs. Miranda Alize

The match begins with Kong attacking Alize with a spinning back fist, Kong then hits Alize with an implant buster for a three count.

Winner: Awesome Kong w/Brandi Rhodes & Melanie Cruise

After the match, Awesome Kong and company cut the hair of Miranda Alize.

- An interview conducted earlier in the day between Jim Ross and Jungle Boy airs, Boy says he isn’t scared of Chris Jericho the man and he has a lot of respect for Jericho the legend. Boy says that he knows his late father would be proud of him for what he has accomplished.

- AEW World Champion Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring with Jake Hager & Sammy Guevara,

Chris Jericho w/Jake Hager vs. Jungle Boy w/Luchasaurus & Marko Stunt

The match begins with Boy rolling up Jericho for a quick pin attempt, Boy attacks Jericho with a few strikes before landing a drop kick. Boy then nails Jericho with a double springboard arm drag, Jericho recovers and he trips up Boy before Boy rolls him up again for a near fall. Jericho recovers and he drops Boy before following it up by dropping him on the top rope, Jericho traps Boy in the corner before landing a few strikes. Boy fights back and Jericho drops him with a forearm strike, Jericho then hits Boy with a code breaker and he refuses to pin him, Jericho nails Boy with a second Code Breaker and he pulls him up during the referee’s count. Jericho grabs Boy and he dumps him out of the ring, Hager attacks Boy before getting into a brawl with Luchasaurus. The referee them throws all the extras out of the ringside area, Jericho gets Boy back in the ring and Boy rolls him up for a near fall. Jericho drops Boy again before attacking him with some kicks, Boy fights back and Jericho propels him to the ring apron.

Jericho goes for a springboard dive and he crashes to the arena floor as Boy avoids him, Boy then hits Jericho with a series of suicide dives. Boy gets Jericho back in the ring and he lands a middle rope diving DDT for a near fall, Boy then nails a charging Jericho with a back stabber for a near fall. Jericho recovers to hit Boy with an elbow strike, Jericho misses a Lionsault attempt and Boy lands one of his own for a near fall. Jericho recovers and he levels a charging Boy with a clothesline for a near fall, Jericho gets Boy up before attacking him with a few strikes. Jericho then slingshots Boy into the bottom rope, Boy fights back and Jericho nails him with a power bomb. Jericho gets Boy in the Walls Of Jericho and the time limit runs out.

Match Result: Time Limit Draw

After the match, Chris Jericho demands the match restart for five more minutes and the bell rings.

Chris Jericho vs. Jungle Boy

The match restarts with Jericho attacking Boy with a few strikes, Jericho looks to dump Boy out of the ring and Boy gets back in the ring. Boy then catches Jericho in a few roll ups for a few near falls, Jericho leaves the ring and he heads backstage.

Match Result: No Contest

After the match, Chris Jericho returns to the ringside area to destroy some property. Tony Schiavone goes to interview Jericho, who says that Jungle Boy couldn't beat him. Jericho argues with Schiavone about whether or not Boy lasted the full ten minutes, Jericho promises revenge of Boy. Jericho says he is more focused on whether or not Jon Moxley will be apart of The Inner Circle, although he is confident that Moxley will join. Jericho says The Inner Circle will have a surprise for Moxley if he says yes to them on January 1.

- Jen Decker interviews SCU, Christopher Daniels says SCU is the tag team of the moment and then The Lucha Brothers interrupt. Daniels goes to confront Pentagon Jr. and he instead walks away with SCU following.

AEW World Women’s Title #1 Contenders Match
Dr. Britt Baker vs. Kris Statlander

The match begins with Statlander working over the arm of Baker, Baker does the same to Statlander and Statlander cartwheels her way free. Statlander and Baker go back and forth until Baker attempts the Lockjaw, Statlander catches Baker in a roll up for a near fall. Baker drops Statlander with a snap mare before rolling her up a few times for a few near falls, Statlander recovers and she nails Baker with a basement drop kick. Baker recovers to land a right followed by a neck breaker, Baker holds Statlander down while applying a modified chin lock. Statlander gets free and she cracks Baker with a few forearm strikes, Baker halts that momentum by nailing Statlander with a clothesline. Baker then drops Statlander with a hard Irish whip into the corner, Baker reapplies a chin lock to a downed Statlander. Baker releases the hold before kicking Statlander in the back, Baker traps Statlander in the ropes before landing a few strikes. Statlander fights back to nail Baker with a clothesline, Statlander goes for a handstand move and Baker blocks it.

Statlander and Baker have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Statlander traps Baker in the corner before landing some strikes. Baker and Statlander take turns attacking each other in the various corners, Baker again goes for Lockjaw and Statlander gets to the ropes. Statlander goes to the ring apron and she drops Baker arm first on the middle rope, Statlander then nails Baker with a knee strike. Statlander goes to the top rope and she hits Baker with a  missile drop kick for a near fall, Baker recovers and she rolls up Statlander for a near fall. Baker follows that up by nailing Statlander with a sling blade for a near fall, Statlander recovers and she nails Baker with a discus clothesline. Statlander goes to the top rope and Baker meets her up there, Baker then hits Statlander with a superplex. Statlander recovers and she quickly hits Baker with a leg trap Michinoku Driver, Statlander and Baker have another striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Baker hits Statlander with a spinning fisherman neck breaker, Statlander blocks a super kick before nailing Baker with a head kick.

Baker recovers to hit a charging Statlander with a super kick, Baker looks for Lockjaw and Statlander gets to her feet to land a Big Bang Theory for a three count.

Winner: Kris Statlander

After the match, Tony Schiavone goes to interrupt Kris Statlander with Brandi Rhodes interrupts to send him away. Rhodes congratulates Statlander and she tells her that she comes in peace, Rhodes wants to know if Statland will join the Nightmare Collective and Statlander says no. Aweome Kong and Melanie Cruise come out and Rhodes hits Statlander in her eye with her high heel shoe.

- Shawn Spears and Tully Blanchard are backstage, Spears says tag team championships and tag team wrestling matters in AEW. Spears says they are missing the big money and Blanchard is instructed to find Spears a suitable tag team partner, Blanchard tells Spears what he is looking for in a potential tag team partner for him.

- A video package airs featuring The Young Bucks and their thoughts on the AEW Tag Team Division. 

AEW World Tag Team Championships
SCU (Scorpio Sky & Frankie Kazarian) (c) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)

The match begins with Kazarian getting Nick in a headlock, Sky tags in and Nick knocks him out of the ring before tagging Matt in. Matt quickly knocks Kazarian out of the ring before hitting Sky with a shoulder tackle, Kazarian and Nick tag in and all four competitors battle in the ring. The Buck use a drop kick combo to knock Sky to the arena floor, Matt tags in and Kazarian in nailed with a power bomb/enziguri combination. Kazarian fights back and he nails Matt with a back stabber, Sky returns and he nails Nick with a hurricarana to the arena floor. Sky tags in and SCU hits Matt with a double shoulder tackle for a near fall, Nick tags in and he attacks SCU with a variety of kicks and knee strikes. Nick nails Sky with a bulldog while simultaneously clotheslining Kazarian, Nick gets Sky to the middle rope before nailing him with a super hurricarana. Matt tags in and he nails Sky with a top rope elbow drop for a near fall, Nick tags in and Kazarian drags Sky out of the ring.

Nick responds to that by taking out his opponents with a suicide dive, Nick gets Sky back into the ring and he nails him with a running knee strike. Matt tags in and The Bucks hit Sky with a double splash for a near fall, Sky and Matt exchange some strikes in the middle of the ring. Matt ends the exchange by locking Sky in a sharp shooter, Sky goes towards the ropes and Nick nails him with a face buster. Kazarian hits the ring to break the submission hold up, Kazarian tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team. The Bucks fight back and Kazarian takes them both out with a double clothesline, Sky tags in as Kazarian clears the ring. Sky takes out both opponents with a suicide dive, SCU gets Matt in the ring and Kazarian nails him with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Matt escapes the grasp of Sky and he quickly hits him with a spear, Nick tags in and he knocks Kazarian off the ring apron. Nick leaps at Sky and Sky nails him with a cutter before applying a dragon sleeper, Kazarian then gets Matt in a dragon sleeper.

Matt gets free and he throws Kazarian into Sky to break up the submission attempts, Kazarian and Matt are tagged in by their respective partners. Kazarian and Matt immediately get into a wild striking exchange, Sky tags in and he prevents The Bucks from landing a Meltzer Driver. Kazarian then hits Nick with a tornado DDT on the ring apron, Sky then hits Matt with a TKO before tagging Kazarian in. Kazarian and Sky nail Matt with SCU Later for a three count.

Winners: SCU (Scorpio Sky & Frankie Kazarian), still the AEW World Tag Team Champions

After the match, a bunch of creepers come out and surround the ring as the lights go out, Player Uno and Stu Grayson of the Dark Order come out. Uno talks about what just went down in the tag team title match, Uno tells the creepers to attack SCU and The Young Bucks. The creepers eventually overwhelm SCU and The Bucks, Christopher Daniels comes out and is eventually laid out by the creepers. Kenny Omega comes out and he quickly gets overwhelmed as well, Cody and Dustin Rhodes come out and they get overwhelmed as well. The creepers eventually clear the ring, Grayson takes some masks out and they give them to Alex Reynolds and Jon Silver. Uno sticks his hand in the bloody mouth of Matt as they all chant “we are one.”
