Best-Of-Seven Match Four: The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks) (1-2) vs. Death Triangle (PAC, Rey Fenix, & Penta El Zero Miedo) (2-1)

Going into the first commercial break, Nick Jackson appears to have suffered a foot injury and is taken to the back for medical attention. Matt Jackson and Kenny Omega continue the match with the handicapped and Death Triangle utilize the numbers advantage, taking out Mac Jackson and hitting a multitude of signature Maneuvers, ending with Rey Fenix hitting a 054. PAC gets tagged in and misses. a 450 Splash. Nick Jackson comes back from the backstage area and accepts a hot tag. There's a brief hot streak before Penta hits Nick Jackson in the injured leg with a hammer and Fenix locks in a submission hold for the victory. Although Rey Fenix looks disappointed with the way they win, Death Triangle is now on match point.

Winner: Death Triangle (3-1)

- After the match, Kenny Omega suggests that in the next match, all weapons are legal.

-MJF does a promo on Starks, says he was a star the first day he walked into AEW, he had it easy growing up, and he has no pressure on him because he's already the champion. Can Ricky handle the pressure of his friends and family, will the pebble turn into a diamond or will it turn to dust?

- The Acclaimed make their entrance, only to be attacked by Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh, and Jeff Jarrett. Lethal and Dutt hold up Max Caster and Jarett smashes the guitar over his head. Jarret says, "Hey Bitch, why don't you scissor this, slapnuts?". They pose with the tag titles after the beatdown.

- Tony Schiavone interviews Jericho Appreciation Society. Jericho says the Swing should be banned and he's going to beat a jobber in a tune up for his rematch with Claudio for the ROH World Title. When Garcia is asked about his title loss, Jericho interjects and says that Garcia needs a mentor, so he will shadow his elder, Sammy Guevara, starting this Friday on Rampage.

Brian Cage vs "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry

Back and forth to start, Cage hits a deadlift suplex from the second rope to Jungle Boy who was on the apron. Brian takes control going into the commercial. Jungle Boy is selling a neck injury in the match, so Cage takes advantage. Jungle Boy starts a comeback after the commercial, and reverses a powerbomb attempt into a DDT. Brian Cage recovers and gets a near fall from a swinging Full Nelson Slam. Cage attempts the Drillclaw but is reversed into a roll-up. Jungle Boy hits a Canadian Destroyer, Cage kicks out at 2, and transitions into the snare trap. Prince Nana distracts Aubrey Edwards while Cage taps out.

Winner: "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry by pinfall

- After the match, Jungle Boy calls out Big Bill, but gets Stokely instead. When Jungle Boy goes to attack Stokely, Lee Moriarty meets him on the ramp, Big Bill follows shortly and they continue the beatdown to the ring, where Hook makes the save. Hook extends his hand to Jungle Boy and he accepts.

- Blackpool Combat Club promises to take on all comers in 2023. Jon Moxley says he's going to stomp out one last JAS member in Sammy Guevara.

- Swerve Strickland says he will meet Keith Lee face-to-face next week.

House of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews, and Brody King) vs. The Factory (QT Marshall, Nick Comoroto, Cole Karter)

Julia Hart mists Comoroto. House of Black attacks Factory in and outside the ring. Black kicks Marshall for the quick victory.

Winners: House of Black by pinfall.

- Skye Blue vs. Britt Baker is set for Rampage.

Chris Jericho vs. Action Andretti

Action Andretti managed to kick out of the Codebreaker, escape the Judas Effect, and counter the walls of Jericho. In the end, Andretti was able to pull off the shocking victory with a Standing Shooting Star Press.

Winner: Action Andretti by pinfall.

- Ricky Starks cut a promo before the main event.

- FTR promises to get revenge on The Gunns

- Chris Jericho throws a temper tantrum backstage

Ruby Soho vs. Tay Melo

Melo attacks Ruby during her entrance. They start the match brawling on the outside. In the end, Melo nearly won with a piledriver. Soho counters the Tay-KO and slams her with the Destination Unknown for the win. After the match, Anna Jay drops Soho with a Gory Special.

Winner: Ruby Soho by pinfall

- Hangman Page gives a medical update. Hangman recalls his concussion from October saying he couldn’t remember his son’s name when the doctors asked him.

AEW World Championship & Dynamite Diamond Ring: MJF (c) vs. Ricky Starks

A back-and-forth bout. Starks scored near falls on a Liger Bomb and a roll-up. MJF nearly taps out Starks with an Armbar. In the end, MJF counters the Roshambo and uses the referee as a human shield and low blows Starks before rolling him up for the win.

Winner and still champion: MJF by pinfall.

- After the match, Bryan Danielson arrives on the scene and chases MJF, who escapes into the crowd. Danielson praises Starks to close the show.
