Shayna Baszler Advances To Quarterfinals Of Queen Of The Ring Tournament

The show begins and our commentary team of Excalibur, Ricky Starks and Taz welcome us to tonight's show and Darby Allin and The Butcher are already in the ring set for our opening contest.

Darby Allin (with Sting) vs. The Butcher (with The Blade & Bunny)

Darby rolls around the ring to lure Butcher in then gets the big man trapped in a corner and unloads some shots but Butcher launches Darby into the opposite corner and lights him up with chops and sends Darby to the outside. Darby jumps on the apron, Butcher can't grab him, Darby slides in the ring right when Butcher goes to the outside and Darby's playing a bit of a game of chicken here. Butcher gets back in the ring, Darby meets him with a kick, then a punch but Butcher overpowers him and plants him with a sidewalk slam, then a cover but Darby kicks out. Butcher with some forearms to the face then an elbow that sends Darby to the mat. Butcher drags Darby around the ring by his throat then stomps him in the chest. Butcher with another chest stomp before lifting Darby and spins him around by his throat and tosses Darby across the ring. Sting chases Blade around the ring, Butcher tosses Darby out and puts his boot on Darby's throat before nailing him with a running clothesline whilst on the outside. Butcher slides in and out of the ring to restart the referee's count. Sting goes face-to-face with Butcher on the outside and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Butcher has Darby locked-in a Boston Crab while back in the ring. Darby rolls to the ropes to break the hold and rolls out of the ring to recover. Butcher goes to the outside, lifts Darby and looks for a power-bomb but Darby grabs the ropes to avoid but Butcher tosses him into the steel steps. Butcher goes for a running knee, Darby slides out, Butcher goes flying into the steps, Darby gets on the apron and nails Butcher with a dive. Darby goes up top and plants Butcher with a coffin drop on the outside! Darby struggles back into the ring, the referee continues his count, Darby slides in but Butcher can't beat the count, Darby with the win!

After the match, Andrade El Idolo and Jose The Assistant make their way to the ring but Private Party sneak in the ring behind Darby and Sting and go on the attack. Butcher and Blade join in but The Hardys' music hits and Matt and Jeff run down to make the save! The AFO retreat to the entrance ramp. Matt Hardy grabs a mic and tells AFO to come back down and fight them. All members of AFO get on the apron but decide to back-off. Matt then challenges them to an eight-man Texas Tornado Tag match this Wednesday night on Dynamite. Andrade talks it over with the rest of his group and tells Matt that he'll mull it over as we head to a commercial break.

Back from the break and we see TNT Champion Scorpio Sky backstage alongside Paige VanZant and Dan Lambert. Lambert shouts out Scorpio Sky and Paige says she looks great, fights great and will print more money for AEW than the federal reserve.

Red Velvet vs. Leyla Hirsch

We have a brawl on the entrance ramp before this one even officially gets underway. Velvet and Leyla finally get into the ring, Velvet immediately lands a standing moonsault then goes for the cover but Leyla kicks out. Leyla tosses Velvet to the corner, unloads a barrage of shots but Velvet knocks her back with an elbow. Leyla wallops Velvet with a stomp the chest and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Velvet plants Leyla with a running bulldog then goes for a cover but Leyla lifts the shoulders after a count of two. Leyla lands a power-bomb, then a German suplex before locking-in an arm-bar but Velvet drags herself to the ropes to force a break. Leyla lines up for a running knee but Velvet slides out of the way, Leyla goes under the ring to retrieve a weapon but Kris Statlander comes down and rips it away from Leyla which is enough of a distraction for Velvet to land a corkscrew kick and get the 1-2-3 for the win!

Winner - Red Velvet

We then see QT Marshall backstage who says he's inviting HOOK to the ring, next Friday night to accept the QT Marshall Certificate of Accomplishment following HOOK's win over him at Revolution.

House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King & Buddy Matthews) vs. Bear Country (Bear Boulder & Bear Bronson) & Fuego Del Sol

Malakai and Bronson start this one off. Malakai works over the big man's arm, Bronson tries to fire back but just slides away and makes the tag to Fuego. Malakai takes both out and tosses an interfering Boulder to the outside. Malakai makes the tag to Matthews, who works over Bronson with a few holds then makes the tag to King, who nails Bronson with a senton and a running clothesline that sends Bronson to the outside. Fuego makes a self-tag, goes up top and dives onto King but King catches him in mid-air and slams Fuego to the mat. Boulder's tossed out of the ring by all three members of House of Black, Fuego tries to leap-frog back into the ring but is met by a flying knee from Matthews and Matthews gets the three-count for the win!

Winner - House of Black

Backstage, we see Penta Oscuro and Alex Abrahantes. Penta speaks in Spanish and Alex translates and says Penta said that the rivalry is far from over between Death Triangle and House of Black because Death Triangle is inevitable.

Keith Lee vs. Max Caster (with Anthony Bowens)

Lee shows off his power early and drills Caster with a running shoulder-block. Caster fires back with an eye rake, Lee leaps over Caster and Caster latches onto the ropes to avoid Lee's offense. Powerhouse Hobbs makes his way to the stage as we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Caster sends Lee to the canvas with a drop-kick. Caster with a few shots, Lee comes back and tosses Caster across the ring. Caster with a super-kick, Caster goes for a slam but he can't quite lift the big man and Lee lands The Big Bang Catastrophe for the 1-2-3 and the win!

Winner - Keith Lee

After the match, Powerhouse Hobbs makes his way down to the ring and he and Lee start to brawl! Ricky Starks comes down from commentary and joins the attack alongside Caster and Bowens. Swerve Strickland rushes down witha steel chair and Hobbs, Starks, Caster and Bowens all retreat. Lee and Strickland shake hands as the show goes off-the-air.
