Live Coverage

The show begins and our commentary team of Excalibur, Taz, Ricky Starks and William Regal welcome us to tonight’s show and it’s time for our opening contest of the evening.

Bryan Danielson vs. Matt Sydal

A lock up to start. Danielson cracks Sydal with a shoulder strike but Sydal trips him to the mat and lands a standing moonsault. Danielson slams Sydal to the mat but Sydal kips up and drills Danielson with a running knee then a hurricanrana. Danielson fires back with some strikes and applies a kneebar but Sydal drags himself to the ropes to force the break. Danielson unloads on a downed Sydal with his patented kicks to the chest then puts Sydal on the top turnbuckle but Sydal plants Danielson with a diving power-bomb then goes for the cover but Danielson kicks out. Both competitors struggle to their feet and exchange heavy strikes, Danielson cracks Sydal with a knee then some elbows before locking in a wrist lock and Sydal taps!

Back from the break and we see a video package highlighting the friendship between HOOK and Danhausen.

Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) (with Gangrel & Brandon Cutler) vs. Jon Cruz & Taylor Rust

Nick and Cruz start this one off. A lock up to start. Nick trips Cruz to the mat and does Jeff Hardy's signature dance. Nick slams Cruz to the mat and makes the tag to Matt, who tosses Cruz to the corner and scoops and slams him. Matt goes up up after making the tag to Nick and they hit the Hardy's signature headbutt to the groin. Cruz escapes long enough to make the tag to Rust and he slams Matt then nails him with a scissor kick but he walks right into a double super-kick from both Matt and Nick and Nick goes up top and drills Rust with a swanton bomb for the 1-2-3!

Winners - Young Bucks

After the match, Matt and Nick attack Gangrel but Matt and Jeff Hardy rush down and make the save. The Bucks retreat and Gangrel and The Hardys attack Cutler and we head to a commercial break.

Max Caster (with Anthony Bowens, Billy Gunn, Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) vs. Dante Martin

The referee immediately ejects Bowens and Gunn Club from ringside. Martin uses the distraction to roll up Caster but Caster kicks out. Caster comes back with some strikes then a shoulder tackle before going for the cover but Martin lifts the shoulders after a count of two. Martin fights out with some kicks, Caster grounds Martin and applies the figure four but Martin reverses the pressure but Caster slides out. Caster launches Martin to the outside and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Caster lights up Martin with some chops to the chest then a sidewalk slam before going up top and looks for the Mic Drop but Martin slides out, lands a sunset flip then goes for the cover but Caster kicks out. Martin goes back up top and lands a cross body then goes for another pin but Caster kicks out. Martin trips Caster and goes back up top and nails Caster with a Nose Dive and gets the three-count!

We then see a video package hyping up this Sunday's Owen Hart Foundation Men's Tournament Final between Adam Cole and Samoa Joe.

TNT Champion Scorpio Sky then makes his way down to the ring alongside Ethan Page and Dan Lambert. Page and Lambert present a brand-new purple and gold TNT Title belt to Sky. Page says he's happy that they can finally be done with Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti but Guevara and Conti, alongside Frankie Kazarian pop up on the big tron and they're at Lambert's American Top Team gym. The three break into the gym and break into some title cases and steal a pair of UFC Championship belts as well as the BMF Championship. Kazarian tells Lambert if he's interested in getting those belts back, to make sure Sky and Page are at Double Or Nothing, Conti tells Lambert to bring Paige VanZant as well, seemingly setting the challenge up for a mixed six-person tag match.

We then see Mark Henry interviewing Ruby Soho and Kris Statlander in the usual tri-box format ahead of their Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Semifinal, which goes down, after the break.

Ruby Soho vs. Kris Statlander — Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Semifinals

A lock up to start. Statlander trips Soho to the mat, Soho kips up but Statlander rocks her with a shoulder to the back of the head and slams her to the mat. Statlander lands another elbow and goes for the cover but Soho kicks out. Another lock up, Statlander trips Soho to the mat but Soho gets up and sends Statlander to the mat with an arm drag. Soho goes up top and dives down but Statlander catches her and plants her with a slam then a cross-body and goes for another cover but Soho kicks out. Soho rolls Statlander up, Statlander kicks out and slams Soho right back down to the mat. A striking exchange ensues, Statlander lifts Soho onto her shoulders while on the top rope but Soho dives down and catches Statlander into a hurricanrana. Statlander fights back with some strikes and plants Soho with a power-bomb then goes for the cover but Soho lifts the shoulders. Statlander rolls to the outside, Soho follows her and gets on the apron and drills Statlander with a hurricanrana. Soho tosses Statlander back into the ring and applies an arm lock but Statlander drags herself to the ropes and grabs the bottom rope to force the break. Statlander plants Soho with a German suplex and follows up with the Big Bang and goes for the cover but Soho kicks out at two and a half! Soho trips Statlander to the mat and rolls her up for the three-count!

Winner - Roby Soho (Advances To Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament Final)

Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. comes down to the ring and confronts her opponent for Sunday night [Soho], who tells Baker to save whatever she has to say because she doesn't want to hear her talk anymore and says that Statlander is her friend and on Sunday, she's going to hurt Baker and cash in her receipt. The two finalists stare each other down as the show goes off the air!
