IMPACT Wrestling presented its Under Siege event on May 26. The event takes place at the Western Fair District Agriplex in London, Ontario.

IMPACT Under Siege 2023 (5/26) Results

- Countdown: The Death Dollz (Courtney Rush & Jessicka) def. The Coven in a non-title match.

- Countdown: IMPACT Digital Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) def. Dirty Dango by DQ. Santino Marella returned, looking for revenge against Dango.

- Nick Aldis def. Kenny King by submission

- Killer Kelly and Masha Slamovich are fighting across the arena. After falling over a platform, they strike each other in the audience. Kelly is thrown to the ringside area. Kelly flips the script in the ring by choking Masha with a chain. Officials rush in to break up the fight. Kelly stands tall and wears the chain.

- Sami Callihan & Rich Swann & Jake Crist def. The Design (Deaner, Kon, Angels)

- Santino Marella cuts a promo. He recounts being attacked by Dango. he calls him a piece of shit for jumping him from behind.

- Trinity def. Gisele Shaw

- IMPACT World Tag Team Championship: ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) (c) def. Subculture (Flash Morgan Webster & Mark Andrews w/ Dani Luna)

- IMPACT X-Division Championship: Trey Miguel (c) def. Chris Sabin. Chris Sabin had the match won when the referee was knocked out. Miguel sprayed spray paint in his eyes and pinned him for the victory.

- Six-Way Scramble #1 Contenders Bout For IMPACT World Championship: Alex Shelley def. Eddie Edwards, Jonathan Gresham, Yuya Uemura, Frankie Kazarian, and Moose.

- Gia Miller tried to catch up with Trey Miguel and ask him about the nefarious way in which he retained his title. Chris Sabin tried to attack him but they were immediately separated by security, and Trey ran off

- IMPACT Knockouts World Championship: Deonna Purrazzo (c) def. Jordynne Grace

- IMPACT World Championship No DQ Match: Steve Maclin (c) def. PCO

- Maclin calls out Scott D'Amore. Maclin is wounded as D'Amore wraps the world title around him. Maclin exits the ring when Scott extends his hand. Maclin claims to be D'Amore's superior. Bully Ray is standing behind D'Amore. Bully uses a belt to choke Scott and tells Maclin to find a table. Bully assists Maclin in setting up the table as he slips it in. Once Bully takes out lighter fluid, Matt Rehwoldt enters the ring and makes an effort to stop them.

Before PCO enters the ring, Bully sprays Rehwoldt with lighter fluid. The Motor City Machine Guns attempt to salvage the day, but they, too, are eliminated. Bully splatters liquid on the table as Maclin helps Scott stand. To end the episode, Bully puts Scott through the flaming table.
