This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of IMPACT Wrestling on Pop TV. We are just three days away from Bound for Glory this Sunday night, but tonight we have a great show leading up to what is arguably the biggest IMPACT Wrestling event of the year as tonight in our main event LAX teams up with Eli Drake to take on oVe and Johnny Impact and much more so be sure to come back here at 8PM EST for all of the action!
-We open the show with a recap of a short match where Rosemary and Allie in Canada teaming up to face Sienna and someone from the local promotion where it goes back and forth early with Allie pinning Sienna as we go to commercial.
-We get a video package for Moose and American Top Team leading up to his match against Lashley at BFG this Sunday night. Lashley and ATT come out to the ring and Dan talks about how great Lashley is and how he'll beat Moose.
Moose & Yuji Okabayashi vs Katsuhiko Nakajima & Masa Kitamiya
Yuji gets double teamed to start the match before tagging Moose in, Moose taking out both of them, then hits a moonsault that sends Nakajima out of the ring. Moose gets a near fall on Kitamiya before Kitamiya is sent shoulder first into the ring post. Nakajima hits a PK to Moose before Kitamiya hits a spear for a near fall. Yuji then hits a splash off of the top for the pin and the win.
Winner: Moose & Yuji Okabayashi via pinfall
X-Division Six Way Match
Sonjay immediately goes after Lee and gets triple teamed on the ramp while Garza and Petey are in the ring until Garza hits a tope to the outside onto Sydal. Matt hits a dropkick in the corner before Lee takes him out, then Lee whips him across the ring and into the corner as we go to commercial.
Lee is still in control of Matt as we come back from commercial, then Dutt comes in and sends Lee out of the ring. Petey hits the Canadian Destroyer to Matt for a near fall that Dezmond breaks up, then Lee hits a powerbomb for a near fall of his own. Dezmond then hits his finisher and pins Lee for the win.
Winner: Dezmond Xavier via pinfall
-Gail Kim comes out to the ring and talks about her final match at Bound for Glory this Sunday night.
LAX & Eli Drake vs oVe & Johnny Impact
They brawl on the ramp before the match even starts, Eli hitting Impact from behind with the belt as LAX beats oVe down at ringside. Impact then hits a twisting corkscrew moonsault that takes out everyone at ringside as we go to commercial.
The match starts during the commercial, then Impact tags oVe in only for LAX to team up against Jake. Jake finally manages to tag Impact in after hitting a diving cross body. Impact comes in and hits a spinning leg drop to Ortiz for a near fall before Jake takes out Eli and hits a Toronto the outside onto Santana. Impact then rolls Ortiz up for the pin and the win out of nowhere.
Winner: oVe & Johnny Impact via pinfall
-They brawl after the match at ringside before Eli rips the turnbuckle covers away and whips Impact across the ring and into the opposite corner. Eli and Chris tear the padding off of the ring before Eli hits the Gravy Train onto the wood as we go off the air.
