This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of GFW IMPACT Wrestling on Pop TV. Tonight the new GFW World Champion Eli Drake goes down to Mexico to defend his newly won title in AAA, Taya Valkyrie faces Ava Storie and much more so be sure to come back here at 8 PM EST for all of the action!
-Johnny Impact comes out and demands a title shot from Eli Drake, but he's in Mexico, KM coming out instead.
Johnny Impact vs KM
Johnny hits a superkick and a standing moonsault for a quick two count before KM comes back and beats him down before tossing him across the ring with ease. Johnny comes back with a series of right hands and a lariat before hitting a corkscrew senton for a near fall. KM rolls him up for a near fall with his feet on the ropes, then Johnny hits a split legged moonsault off of the top rope for the pin and the win.
Winner: Johnny Impact via pinfall
Taya Valkyrie vs Eva Storie
They lock up to start the match before Taya whips her into the corner and drops her with a clothesline and a roundhouse kick. Taya then hits a widows peak for the pin and the win.

Pagano & El Hijo de Phantasma vs EC3 & Eddie Edwards
Eddie and Hijo start the match, Eddie dominating immediately before tagging EC3 in. EC3 beats Hijo down and stomps on him before beating on him in the corner until the official pulls him off. Hijo manages to get to his corner and tag in Pagano who slaps EC3 repeatedly and the two start tagging in and out and wearing down EC3 for a near fall. EC3 manages to tag in Eddie, Eddie taking put Pagano and sending him out of the ring before hitting a jawbreaker to Hijo. Pagano sends EC3 into the ring post before Hijo hits his finisher for the pin and the win.
Winner: Pagano & El Hijo de Phantasma via pinfall
-After the match the AAA guys beat on EC3 and Eddie until James Storm comes out and saves them as we go to commercial.
Mahabali Shera vs Kongo Kong
Kong goes after Shera immediately and beats him down before tossing him across the ring for a quick two count. Kong drops Shera with a right hand in the corner before dropping him with a lariat. Kong steps on Shera before Shera comes back with a series of right hands and splashes.Shera knocks Kong down with a springboard cross body for a near fall before Kong drops him with a headbutt. Kong then hits a cannonball in the corner and a splash off of the top rope for the pin and the win

Johnny Impact vs Texano
Johnny is in control early, hitting a shining wizard for a near fall before Texano rolls out of the ring to regroup. Johnny hits a huricanrrana and a series of spinning neckbreakers for a near fall before Texano drops him with a leg lariat. Texano kicks Johnny off of the top rope and onto the floor as we go to commercial.
Texano is in control as we come back from commercial, sending Johnny into the steps repeatedly and playing to the crowd before tossing him back into the railing and back into the ring. Texano puts Johnny in a figure four, but Johnny is quick to the ropes for the break. They exchange forearms before Johnny hits a German suplex and a split legged moonsault for the pin and the win.

Eli Drake vs Bronce GFW Global Championship Match
Eli mocks Bronce before clotheslining him and catching him in midair when he goes for a springboard cross body. Eli keeps catching Bronce before powerbombing him into the corner. Eli plays to the crowd before hitting a TKO for a near fall, then hits the Gravy Train for the pin and the win.
Winner: Eli Drake via pinfall
