- We open tonight's show with the end of last week's show where Ace Austin helped Madman Fulton defeat Eddie Edwards before we throw to Josh and Madison, Josh announcing that the IMPACT World Championship has been vacated by Tessa Blanchard and there will be a Fatal Four Way for the title.

Chris Bey w/ Johnny Swinger vs Suicide

Chris goes after Suicide and drives him into the corner before hitting an arm drag and a boot and landing on his feet when he misses a standing moonsault. They run the ropes before Suicide takes Chris down and hits an atomic drop into a basement dropkick for two before hitting an electric chair drop and goes for an asai moonsault, but Chris gets his knees up. Chris drops Suicide and punches him in mount for two before turning him inside out with a clothesline for another two count and following up with chops against the ropes. Suicide locks in an octopus stretch before turning it into a sunset flip for two and Chris traps Suicide in the ropes before hitting a spinning kick for two. Chris hits a back suplex before climbing to the top and missing a moonsault off of the second rope before Suicide hits a shotgun dropkick and a flurry of strikes.

Suicide drops Chris with a shotei and hitting a running forearm into a running boot in the corner before countering a German suplex into a jumping stomp for two. Suicide sends Chris out of the ring before tossing Johnny out when he tries to get in and hits a trust fall to the outside that takes the both of them out. Suicide tosses Chris back into the ring and hits a sunset flip for two before Chris drops him with a jumping knee and Suicide counters a suplex into an inside out suplex. Chris then fakes an injury before Johnny knocks Suicide off of the top and into the top rope before Chris hits a springboard ax kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Chris Bey defeats Suicide via pinfall.

- After the match we go to Josh and Madison who talk about the Fatal Four Way for the IMPACT World Championship between Eddie Edwards, Trey, Ace Austin and a mystery opponent before we throw backstage to an interview with Moose ahead of his TNA title defense against Crazzy Steve later tonight as we go to commercial.

- We come back to Johnny Swinger celebrating with Chris Bey backstage before they're interrupted by the referee who is offended by Johnny saying that he could pay him off. The referee then bans Johnny from ringside for Chris' match against Willie Mack at Slammiversary.

Reno Scum vs Fallah Bahh & TJP

Luster and Adam attack Bahh and TJP from behind when they're getting into the ring before the match starts and Luster and Bahh run at each other until Bahh knocks Luster over and TJP rolls him up for two. Bahh and TJP double up on Luster before Bahh hits a running splash with TJP on his back for another two count and TJP rocks Luster with an uppercut before dropkicking him. Adam knocks TJP off of the apron and he goes face first into it before RS beat TJP down and isolate him from Bahh until Bahh gets the tag and hits a running splash and running hip attack in the corner to Adam. Luster saves Adam from a Samoan drop before Adam hits a jumping stomp off of Luster's back for a two count that TJP breaks up before TJP hits a wrecking ball dropkick to Adam. Luster then catches TJP with a boot on the top turnbuckle before Bahh hits a Samoan drop into a diving splash onto Adam by TJP for the pin and the win.

Winner: TJP & Fallah Bahh defeat Reno Scum via pinfall.

- After the match we go backstage for this week's edition of Locker Room Talk with special guest John E. Bravo with Mr.Mundo where Johnny is asked about working for Taya and Taya teaming up with Rosemary. Madison accuses John of dating Rosemary, but he won't acknowledge it before the second guest in the form of Rosemary, Rosemary appearing between Madison and John. Madison tries to get an answer out of her about their relationship, but she won't say anything before Swinger says that Rosemary is clearly interested in him and that he loves women with a lot of makeup. John and Johnny then get into an argument momentarily before Taya shows up right when John is about to answer if he loves Rosemary. Taya then asks Rosemary to tag with her before she agrees and Rosemary and Taya leave together.

- We then get a break down for the rest of tonight's show before we get a graphic for The North who will explain their attack on Ken Shamrock last week up next as we go to commercial.

- We come back to a video package recapping Deonna Purrazzo attacking the Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace several weeks in a row ahead of their title match at Slammiversary.

- We go back to the ring where The North come out to the ring and mock Ken Shamrock who they attacked last week when he was coming out to the ring for his match against Josh. Ken comes out to the ring and starts to get into it before Sami Callihan shows up on the big screen and appears beside Ken and they attack The North and clear the ring before the lights go out and Sami is gone again as we go back to commercial.

- We come back to Scott D'Amore on the phone with a pair of good brothers they're trying to bring into the company before The North complain to him and he makes them defend their belts against Sami and Ken at Slammiversary before leaving into his office.

- We then get this week's IMPACT+ Flashback Moment of the Week featuring a match between Magnus and Eric Young in which Eric defeated Magnus to become the new TNA World champion.

- We get a graphic for Madman Fulton and Trey in our main event before we get a graphic for Moose defending his TNA World Championship against Crazzy Steve up next as we go to commercial.

- We come back to Jimmy Jacobs interviewing Trey ahead of his match against with Madman Fulton, Trey saying that he'll go through Ace Austin to get to Fulton if he has to in their match in tonight's main event.

TNA World Championship Match

Moose (c) vs Crazzy Steve

They lock up before Moose shoves Steve away and Steve locks in a standing side headlock before Moose shoves him off and drops him with a shoulder block. Steve chops Moose and hits him with a left hand before Steve send Moose over the top rope and down onto the floor, Moose catching Steve when he goes for a slingshot cross body and slams him onto the apron. Moose slings Steve into the steps before getting back into the ring as Steve starts bleeding from the mouth and Moose goes out after him and locks in an abdominal stretch while punching Steve in the ribs. Moose rolls Steve back into the ring and slams him before hitting a kitchen sink when Steve comes back with strikes before reapplying the abdominal stretch. Moose sets Steve on the top turnbuckle before Steve fights him off and hits an avalanche sunset powerbomb for a one count.

Steve comes back with punches and gets two off of a school boy before hitting a running knee and a cannonball in the corner before Moose catches him when he dives off of the top. Moose then hits a fall away slam and turns him inside out with a spear for the pin and the win.

Winner: Moose retains his TNA World Championship by defeating Crazzy Steve via pinfall.

- After the match referees and Tommy Dreamer check on Steve before Moose drops Tommy with a knee and punches him before leaving as we go to commercial.

- We come back to Tommy Dreamer in the ring, saying that Moose couldn't cut it in IMPACT so he created a title for himself when he stole the TNA title. Tommy talks about Dusty Rhodes always talking about hard times before saying Moose is in IMPACT for a pay check and not because it's his passion and heart and soul. Tommy calls Moose a narcissist and tells him to be a leader in the locker room and not a cancer, Tommy telling Moose that no one has ever paid a ticket to see Moose wrestle and that he's going to be a foot note in the NFL and wrestling before calling him a waste of talent.

- We then go backstage to Hernandez and Cousin Jake arm wrestling before Jake loses to Hernandez and Cody arm wrestles Hernandez, double or nothing before Cody loses and they have to pay Hernandez.

Kiera Hogan w/ Tasha Steelz vs Havok w/Navaeh

Kiera attacks Havok from behind before the match starts and hits her with punches and forearms in the corner Havok tosses her across the ring and clotheslines her. Havok picks Kiera up and walks around holding her before slamming her and Tasha grabs Havok by the foot before kicking her away and Kiera dodges a leg drop. Kiera then rains down blows to Havok in mount as we go to commercial.

We come back to Kiera in control, on Havok's back and choking her until Havok drives Kiera into the corner to get free before Kiera catches her with a boot and chokes her with her hair. Havok pulls Kiera from the top turnbuckle and slams her down before hitting a backbreaker into a clothesline and a running knee into a running boot in the corner. Havok hits two more running boots in the corner before she lifts her off of the mat and Tasha distracts her before Kiera hits Havok with her own mask. Kiera then superkicks Havok for the pin and the win.

Winner: Kiera Hogan defeats Havok via pinfall.

- After the match we go backstage to a promo by Moose who says that Tommy Dreamer knows nothing about him and that he's the number one guy in the company and that he will respect him before demanding he apologize or he'll sue both Tommy and IMPACT.

- We then get a graphic for our main event between Trey and Madman Fulton up next as we go to commercial.

- We come back to Josh and Madison who go over the card for Slammiversary before Sami Callihan versus Josh Alexander is announced for next week's show as we go back to the ring for tonight's main event between Madman Fulton and Trey.

Trey vs Madman Fulton w/Ace Austin

We come back to the match already in progress where Trey uses his speed to stay one step ahead of Fulton until Fulton catches Trey when he goes for a springboard. Trey dropkicks Fulton into the corner and gets caught when he goes for a springboard arm drag and Fulton chokeslams him before picking him up and hitting a military press slam. Fulton turns Trey inside out with an inverted suplex before catching a scorpion kick and flipping Trey, slamming him to the mat before driving his head into the top turnbuckle repeatedly. Fulton chops Trey across the chest and Trey jumps on Fulton's back before Fulton swings him around until he hits a side walk slam for two, but Trey holds on anyway. Fulton backs into the corner to Trey off of him and Trey hits a scorpion kick into a diving neckbreaker off of the second rope before kicking him in the chest and the side of the head.

Trey rocks Fulton with more kicks and goes for a springboard tornado DDT that Fulton counters into a northern lights suplex for two. Fulton then hits a running splash in the corner and drapes Trey across the top rope before driving his elbow into his spine and Trey hits Fulton with Ace Austin's stick for the disqualification.

Winner: Madman Fulton defeats Trey via disqualification.

- After the match Trey takes out Ace and Fulton with a steel chair as we go off the air.
