IMPACT Wrestling Results for 2/18/20 Austin and Reno Scum Pick Up the Victory

Josh Alexander w/Ethan Page TJP w/Fallah Bahh

They exchange wrist locks and Josh takes the high flyer TJP down before Josh drops TJP and he comes back with a huricanrrana into a dropkick. TJP comes back with another huricanrrana before Josh runs him over and elbows TJP in the face before TJP locks in an octopus stretch. Josh powers out of the hold and grounds TJP with a straight armbar before dropping him with a chop in the corner and TJP counters a DVD into a crucifix for two. Josh drops TJP with a boot and TJP locks in a flying armbar before Josh gets to the ropes and TJP locks it in again before Josh rolls him up for two. TJP hits a twisting corkscrew cross body before tossing Josh back into the ring and dropkicking him into the ropes before hitting a wrecking ball dropkick.

TJP gets a near fall off of a small package before Josh applies a sleeper hold and swings TJP before Josh powers out of a kneebar. TJP hits a high angle back drop driver before Josh hits a spinning burning hammer for a near fall and drops TJP with forearms. TJP comes back with a flurry of moves before Josh hits a snap German suplex and TJP hits a huricanrrana into an armbar before Josh hits a variation of a backbreaker for a near fall. Josh sets TJP on the top turnbuckle before TJP hits a variation of an avalanche brainbuster onto an octopus stretch before transitioning into a kneebar. Josh then gets to the ropes before he taps before counters a sleeper and pins Josh for the win.

Winner: TJP defeats Josh Alexander via pinfall.

-After the match Willie is talking to someone backstage before he's interrupted by Johnny Swinger ahead of their match later tonight as we go to commercial.

-We come back to a video package for Eddie Edwards and Michael Elgin ahead of their third match in the best of five series later tonight as well as an interview with the new Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace.

Willie Mack vs Johnny Swinger

Willie hits a variety of atomic drops before they lock up and hit each other with punches in a headlock before Willie hits a dropkick. Johnny snaps Willie's throat across the top rope before hitting several ax handles for two and headbutts Willie in the groin. Johnny chokes Willie and tears at his face before missing a diving ax handle off of the second rope and Willie comes back with a back elbow into a clothesline and a slam. Willie hits a Samoan drop into a standing moonsault before hitting a stunner onto a frog splash for the pin and the win.

Winner: Willie Mack defeats Johnny Swinger via pinfall with a diving splash.

-We get a video package recapping the Knockouts Championship match where Jordynne Grace before the new champion before we go to Madison Rayne in the ring mocking Grace.

Madison Rayne vs Local Talent

Madison is in control early, hitting a northern lights suplex for a near fall and a cutter for another near fall before finishing with a twisting neckbreaker for the pin and the win.

Winner: Madison Rayne defeats a local performer via pinfall.

-After the match we get a backstage interview with the Grace where she talks about what it means becoming Knockouts champion and how it means more to her that she defeated Taya Valkyrie to win it and that she's going to be a fighting champion.

-We then get a video package for Taya Valkyrie before we hear her fighting with John in the locker room before we go to his week's IMPACT+ Flashback Moment of the Week featuring a match between D'Angelo Dinero and Ken Anderson.

-We get an interview with Tommy Dreamer, Trey and Tessa Blanchard ahead of their six person match against Ace Austin and Reno Scum in tonight's main event.

Michael Elgin vs Eddie Edwards

They rush each other before Eddie hits a Tiger driver for two and Elgin hits a snake eyes in the ropes into a German suplex and a lariat for two. They exchange forearms before Elgin drops Eddie in the corner and Eddie comes back with chops and an uppercut before Elgin drops him with a single strike. Elgin hits a running clothesline in the corner before Eddie counters a suplex and sends Elgin out of the ring before he goes for a suicide dive and Elgin catches him in midair with a forearm. Eddie counters a powerbomb into a huricanrrana before hitting a shotgun dropkick and a diving stomp once they're back in the ring for two. They exchange until Elgin clotheslines Eddie and hits a falcon arrow for two before hitting a sliding clothesline and a buckle bomb.

Eddie counters an Elgin Bomb into a jack knife for two before Eddie hits the Boston Knee Party and Elgin drops him with several clotheslines for a near fall. Elgin sets Eddie on the top turnbuckle backwards before Eddie fights him off and Elgin hits an enzuigiri before Eddie hits one of his own with Elgin on the top turnbuckle. Elgin powers out of a frankensteiner into an avalanche sit-out powerbomb for a near fall before Eddie pins Elgin out of nowhere with a small package.

Winner: Eddie Edwards defeats Michael Elgin via pinfall.

Dave Crist w/Jake Crist vs Rhino

Dave takes control early with the help of Jake at ringside after dodging a rush by Rhino before missing a diving senton as Moose looks on from commentary. Rhino comes back with clotheslines before Jake sweeps him when Dave distracts the referee and Rhino takes out Jake on the rope after sending the brothers into each other. Rhino then hits the Gore for the pin and the win.

Winner: Rhino defeats Dave Crist via pinfall with a Gore.

-We then go to Havok backstage before Susie appears and disappears behind her and a threatening message is scrolled on a mirror in red as we go to commercial.

-We get a vignette for Chris Bey who will be debuting soon before we get a run-down of the card for Sacrifice.

Ace Austin & Reno Scum vs Tessa Blanchard, Trey & Tommy Dreamer

Trey and Adam kick things off fast by running the ropes and exchanging flips before Trey tags in Tessa who hits a huricanrrana and she, Tommy and Trey take turns tagging in and out. Ace comes in, only for Trey to come in and Ace immediately scurries to the corner and tags Luster before all six people exchange and the three T's clear the ring as we go to commercial.

We come back from commercial to Ace and company triple teaming and isolating Tommy until he gets the tag to Trey who goes right after Ace and hits a meteora off of the top for a near fall that Adam breaks up. Adam drags Trey out of the ring and sends him back in before Reno Scum double up on Trey and Luster locks in a rear chin lock. Trey is isolated for several minutes before Tessa enters the match for the first time and takes out both members of RS as Ace rolls out of the ring and avoids her. Tessa hits a Samoan drop before Ace rushes her from behind and grabs her heir before Tessa locks in a choke and Trey tags himself. Ace is caught between repeated superkicks by Trey and Tessa before everyone hits a move and ends up at ringside.

Trey then hits a step up corkscrew cross body before tossing Ace back in the ring Ace hits The Fold out of nowhere for the pin and the win.

Winner: Ace Austin and Reno Scum defeat Trey, Tessa Blanchard and Tommy Dreamer via pinfall when Ace pins Trey with The Fold.
