Rhea Ripley & Tegan Nox defeated Fire & Desire

  • Fire & Desire are in the ring, but Carmella and Dana Brooke are getting attacked by Bianca Belair.
  • Belair press slams Carmella over some boxes.
  • This has been the most story-filled episode of WWE main roster TV in a long time. A lot of it is because all of these NXT people haven't been abused by bad booking and overdone rematches. All of the NXT names look like stars. Imagine if they consistently had nostalgia acts putting over the current stars. Outside of The Fiend
  • Rhea Ripley and Tegan Nox come out and say they're the new opponents.
  • Sonya gets tossed over the announce table, and Ripley taps out Rose with an inverted Cloverleaf.
  • Sassy Renee Young is ratings.
  • Having a lot of fun watching Smackdown. It started out as unpredictable, and even though you kind of know what the drill is by now, I'm excited to see what happens next -- through the whole show.

Rating guide

10- Perfect, 9- MOTY Territory, 8- Excellent, 7- Great, 6- Good, 5- Average to above average, 4- Slightly below average, 3 or below: Poor

Each match starts at a 5 and slides up and down based on entertainment, execution, time, environment, reaction and stakes. The ratings are in no way an indication of a "star rating," which is a completely different system. A standard, non-offensive "TV match" lands at a 5. The gap between 5.75-6 is generally the largest, with anything reaching 6 being recommended viewing.
These are opinions, and incredibly inconsistent ones that may change upon a second viewing, or sitting on the match for a period of time. Don't take them too seriously, and have (and share) your own!
