-We open the show with a video package for the history of the Opera Cup and this years matches before STRONGHEARTS El Lindaman comes out to the ring for his match against Myron Reed for the MLW Middleweight Championship.
MLW World Middleweight Championship Match
Myron Reed (c) w/Injustice vs El Lindaman
Reed tries to cheapshot El, but he's unphased and chops Myron in the corner before hitting a flat liner and a scoop slam for two. El goes for a Boston crab, but he's distracted by the other two members of Injustice before Myron rolls him up for two. Myron hits a back suplex into a springboard leg drop for two before choking El in the corner, El countering a suplex before Myron rocks him with a forearm. El takes out Kotto and Jordan at ringside with a suicide dive before El hits elbows in the corner once they're back in the ring. El dropkicks Myron for two before Myron counters a suplex and El hits it on the second attempt before Reed hits a stunner. Myron hits a springboard cutter into a reverse DDT for a near fall before El comes back with a variation of a Michinoku driver for a near fall of his own. Myron then hits a cutter into a springboard 450 for the pin and the win.
Winner: Myron Reed retains his MLW World Middleweight Championship by defeating El Lindaman with a springboard 450.
-We get an interview with Brian Pillman Jr about his match against Davey Boy Smith Jr in tonight's main event in the finals of the Opera Cup before Jimmy Havoc and Mance Warner in a barbed wire match is announced for next week's main event.
-We get a promo by King Mo who says he's coming for Jacob Fatu's World Championship before we get a video recapping Gino Medina joining Dynasty last week ahead of his Street Fight match against Savio Vega up next.
Street Fight Match
Gino Medina vs Savio Vega
Vega hits Gino with a kendo stick before Gino rolls out of the ring and Vega goes after him before Gino sends Vega into the post. Medina chops Vega and gets sent into the post himself before hitting him with a chair and tossing a trash can into the ring. Medina hits Vega with the trash can before they exchange strikes until Vega drops Gino with a chop for two. Vega chokes Gino before they end up back outside and Vega hits Gino with a kendo stick before hitting him with a hockey stick. Gino breaks the hockey stick over Vega's back before he puts a chair around his neck and sends him into the ring post. Back in the ring Gino gets a near fall before hitting a back suplex, Vega coming back with a spinning heel kick. Vega then gets distracted by the other members of Dynasty before Gino hits a low blow into an enzuigiri for the pin and the win.
Winner: Gino Medina defeats Savio Vega via pinfall with an enzuigiri.
-We get a recap of the latest in the feud between Team Filthy and the Von Erichs before we get an interview with Davey Boy Smith Jr.
Opera Cup Finals Match
Davey Boy Smith Jr vs Brian Pillman Jr
They lock up and exchange wrist locks before Brian locks in a headlock and Davey drops him with a shoulder block. Davey focuses on the injured shoulder of Brian before Brian dropkicks him out of the ring and a tope before chopping Davey at ringside. Brian sends Davey back into the ring and Davey drops him with a boot before they end up back outside and Davey whips Brian into the railing. Davey tosses Brian into the ring and beats on him before missing a leg drop and Brian comes back with right hands and a roundhouse kick. Brian hits a float over suplex for two before they exchange pin attempts and Brian drops Davey with a knee.
Brian hits a springboard clothesline for a near fall before Brian misses a corkscrew senton off of the top. Davey hits a running powerslam for a near fall and a tombstone piledriver into a diving headbutt for a very close near fall. Davey then hits a powerbomb for a near fall before submitting Brian with a cross face to win the Opera Cup.
Winner: Davey Boy Smith Jr defeats Brian Pillman Jr to win the 2019 Opera Cup.
