Dominic Garrini (Kevin Ku) vs Ross Von Erich (w/ Marshall Von Erich)

Ross and Dom start the match off by locking up and grappling on the mat until they exchange strikes and Ross drops Dom before hitting a PK for two. Ross then rolls to the ropes when Dom locks in a guillotine before Ross counters a simplex onto one of his own for the pin and the win.

Winner: Ross Von Erich defeats Dominic Garrini via pinfall.

- After the match The Von Erichs and Violence is Forever nearly come to blows.

El Hijo de LA Park (w/ Salina de la Renta) vs Bu Ku Dao

Hijo mocks Bu and clotheslines him before dropping him with a kick and locking in a rear chin lock before whipping him with his belt and choking him in the ropes. Hijo slams Bu at ringside before tearing at his mouth and tossing him back inside before standing on Bu for one before chopping him against the ropes. Bu comes back with a heel kick into a bulldog and Hijo rolls out of the ring before Bu hits a suicide dive before getting two off of a crucifix. Hijo hits an enzuigiri into a draping code breaker for two before Bu hits a tilt-a-whirl cross face before Hijo hits an enzuigiri into a running meteora in the corner for a near fall. Hijo then sets Bu up top before Bu hits a diving, spinning flatliner for the pin and the win.

Winner: Bu Ku Dao defeats Hijo del LA Park via pinfall.​​​​​

- We get a video package for the explanation of the MLW Championship Committee which includes the bookers of Dragon Gate and Rev Pro.

- We get a backstage interview with Marshall ahead of his match against Tom in our main event before Tom shows up and mocks his credibility before the referee Tom paid off makes Ross take a drug test.

- We see masked men from Azteca Underground ushering Salina into a car to meet with El Jefe.

- We get a taped promo by Myron Reed who is furious that Lio Rush didn't make his flight for their press conference that was advertised for tonight's show.

- We get a backstage interview with National Openweight champion Alex Hammerstone who talks about how he wants to unify the National and World titles and that Jacob's days as champion are numbered.

- Marshall comes back with the urine test and throws the cup in Tom's face before leaving as we go to commercial.

- We get a taped promo by Josef Samael who tells Alex Hammerstone that he doesn't have any power and that he calls the shots before talking about how Contra have had control of MLW nearly a year ago today. Josef then says that they have denied Alex's challenge.

Tom Lawlor (w/ Violence is Forever) vs Marshall Von Erich (w/ Ross Von Erich)

Tom and Marshall exchange in the corner before exchanging standing switches and Tom grabs the referee before chop blocking Marshall. Tom goes for a submission before Marshall gets to the ropes for the break and beats on Marshall in the corner before DDTing his knee into the mat. Marshall comes back with clubbing blows before VIF get on the apron and distract the referee before Tom hits Marshall with a wrench behind the referee's back. Tom locks in an Indian death lock before hitting a clothesline in the corner and Marshall dropkicks him repeatedly before Tom goes back to the leg of Marshall. Marshall briefly locks in a Claw before Tom turns him over and locks in a half crab before Marshall locks in the Claw and Tom locks in a guillotine.

Marshall then hits a Claw Slam for a near fall before Tom locks in a submission and Marshall passes out from the pain for the referee stoppage.

Winner: Tom Lawlor defeats Marshall Von Erich via referee stoppage.

- After the match Team Filthy attack the Von Erichs before they're saved by ACH and the six men brawl as we go off the air.
