Major League Wrestling aired the newest episode of MLW Underground on February 28. Matches were taped at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The show aired on REELZ.

  • Bomaye Fight Club (Alex Kane, Myron Reed & Mr. Thomas) come out. Kane says the Billington Bulldogs (Mark & Thom Billington) don't want anything to do with them, and he vows to burn their family legacy. Davey Boy Smith Jr. come out and take the fight to Bomaye Fight Club. The two trios brawl.
  • Lince Dorado & Microman def. Delirious & Mini Abismo Negro
    • Mister Saint Laurent introduced Microman before the match and called him the world's greatest wonder. Microman pinned Mini Abismo Negro to win the match.
  • The lights go out, and when they come back, the mysterious "AO" group attack Dorado, Laurent, and Microman.
  • The world title match between Alex Hammerstone vs. Jacob Fatu is confirmed for the March 21 episode of MLW Underground.
  • MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Hammerstone says it'll take more than an octopus to throw him off his game.
  • The broadcast team announces that Real1 has been transported to a medical facility, and his condition is listed as "tenuous." Mance Warner was taken to jail following the assault, but the cameras show Warner getting bailed out by Matthew Justice and Manders. Warner says he owes them money, but Real1 had it coming. Warner makes it clear that he's ready to fight, and it looks like Manders and Justice are coming with him.
  • Billie Starkz def. Kayla Kassidy
  • MLW Women's Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie expresses her excitement about John Hennigan's debut and says they will be champions together as husband and wife. Billie Starkz comes up and says she respects Valkyrie's journey. Valkyrie says Starkz needs to keep studying, and she dismisses the young star.
  • MLW National Openweight Champion Davey Richards is featured in a vignette that highlights his title run.
  • Backstage, Alex Kane addresses the brawl with Davey Boy Smith. and pitches a tag team match where Mr. Thomas and Myron Reed will face the Billington Bulldogs, and if Davey's cousins win, Kane will face him in a singles match.
  • Ej Nduka is backstage, and he calls out Jacob Fatu. Juicy Finau attacks him, and they brawl.
  • MLW National Openweight Championship: John Hennigan (with Cesar Duran and Taya Valkyrie) def. Davey Richards to win the title.
  • In the closing moments, Duran distracted the referee, and Valkyrie hit Richards with her title. Hennigan pinned Richards to win the title.
