New Japan Pro-Wrestling President Hiroshi Tanahashi presented his self-produced 'Tanahashi Jam' event on 6/29 at Dolphins Arena in Nagoya.
The show aired exclusively on TV Asahi in Japan. There were a total of nine matches on the card, one of which saw Zack Sabre Jr. end Hirooki Goto's IWGP World Heavyweight Title reign. Tanahashi wrestled twice, El Phantasmo returned to the ring, Shun Skywalker was in action, and there was an in-ring speech from Olympic Gold medalist and new NJPW signee Aaron Wolf.
