We are on the road to NXT TakeOver: New York and episodes of NXT UK are set for the coming weeks.
The SkyDome Arena in Coventry, England has been the home to the NXT UK brand over the weekend for the brand's television tapings. The likes of Kay Lee Ray, Ilja Dragunov and Viper debuted at the tapings. It was also announced at the conclusion of day two that Pete Dunne and WALTER will clash for the WWE United Kingdom Championship at NXT TakeOver: New York. Day two of the tapings have wrapped up and here's what will unfold over the next few weeks of NXT UK TV:

* Ilja Dragunov def. Ashton Smith
Main Tapings
- NXT UK GM Johnny Saint and assistant GM Sid Scala make WALTER versus Pete Dunne for the WWE United Kingdom Championship at NXT TakeOver: New York official.
* Tyler Bate def. James Drake
* Jordan Devlin def. Dan Moloney
- Kassius Ohno read an apology note to Ashton Smith from his phone. The apology was for attacking Smith at yesterday's tapings.
* Rhea Ripley def. Xia Brookside
- Post-match, Viper interrupted Rhea's promo and they had a stare down.
* Mark Andrews vs. Noam Dar went to a no-contest. The referee threw up the X for both Dar and Andrews. Andrews was stretchered out.
- Pete Dunne and WALTER's contract signing for their TakeOver: New York match.
* Kenny Williams & Amir Jordan def. Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner

- Rhea Ripley made her way to the ring after Viper's victory and Viper welcomed Ripley into the ring but Rhea turned the offer down.

- Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) stated that Kenny Williams and Amir Jordan have earned a shot at the NXT UK Tag Team Championships.
