They lock up to start the match for a clean break then exchange forearms in the center before Kyle mounts Shibata. Shibata transitions to an armbar, but Kyle gets out of it. Shibata goes for the PK early, but Kyle dodges it then Shibata puts him in a rear chin lock.Shibata puts a headscissor choke on, but Kyle gets to the ropes as we go to commercial.

Shibata is in control as we come back, focusing on the elbow of Kyle seemingly setting up for the armbar to finish the match. Shibata goes for the armbar immediately after, but Kyle gets to the ropes. Shibata kicks him in the corner then Kyle gets up and hits Shibata with forearms, Shibata encouraging him then hits him with a series of punches and kicks that drops Shibata. Kyle drops Shibata with a back drop and transitions into an leg lock, but Shibata kicks out of it. Kyle kicks Shibata, but he sits right up then brushes it off, Kyle still trying to kick him over, but he gets to his feet. Shibata lets Kyle keep kicking him then drops Kyle with a right hand. Shibata whips Kyle around the ring and hits a dropkick in the corner then a floatover suplex for a quick 2 count, but Shibata transitions into another armbar. Kyle gets to the ropes, but Shibata puts on a figure four armbar, Kyle getting to the ropes as we go to commercial.

Shibata misses the PK then they face off iin the center of the ring, the two exchanging big boots then Shibata puts on a standing guillotine out of no where, Kyle getting out and transitioning to a standing head and arm choke for a quick 2 count. They exchange forearms in the center of the ring then Kyle hits an axe kick then Shibata drops Kyle with an STO as soon as Kyle goes for a discus elbow. Kyle kicks Shibata's leg out from under him then Shibata goes for a rear naked choke, Kyle getting to the ropes then they hit german suplexes on each other before they both fall from a leg lariat. Shibata drops Kyle then Kyle drops him, both getting a one count. Kyle hits a stiff lariat then a brainbuster for just a 1 count. Kyle hits the PK on Shibata then another brainbuster for a quick 2 count, Kyle immediately transitioning to an armbar for the win by submission; Shibata would not tap so the referee had to stop the match.

Winner: Kyle O'Reilly via submission with an armbar

Adam Cole vs Tetsuya Naito vs Jay Lethal vs Hiroshi Tanahashi ROH World Championship Match

Tags are alternated to start the match then finally Naito and Cole start the match, Cole trying to lock up with Naito, but Naito avoids it then when Naito goes to lock up Cole does his pose, Naito immediately kicking him. Naito drops Cole then does Cole's pose. Cole drops Naito and does it again, but Naito is doing his own pose. Naito tags Jay Lethal in then Tanahashi gets tagged in. They lock up for a clean break then Tanahashi plays air guitar. Lethal sends Tanahashi to the outside then he dives out and takes out Adam Cole then Naito on the outside then finally Tanahashi as we go to commercial.

Jay has a figure four leg lock on Tanahashi as we come back then Cole breaks it up. Cole tags himself in then Naito tags himself in, dropping Cole with kicks then an elbow to the back of the head. Cole hits a boot then an The Last Shot for a close 2 count. Lethal tags himself in then Naito teases to dive out of the ropes, but does his signature pose. Naito attacks Tanahashi on the apron then tags in Cole, Cole running him into the corner. Cole goes for a super kick, but Lethal ducks and Naito catches it then Lethal drops them both as we go to commercial.

Tanahashi is tagged in and hits a sling blade on Cole then hits he and Naito with a suplex, stacking them up on top of each other before hitting a senton off the top rope for a quick 2 count. Tana goes for the High Fly Flow, but Naito shakes the ropes to knock him, down then tags himself in. Naito hits a back suplex for a close 2 count then goes for Destino, but Cole counters, Lethal tagging himself in. Cole teases the canadian destroyer, but Lethal counters then Lethal hits a cutter off the top rope. Tanahashi breaks up the pin and Lethal drops him with a series of kicks. Naito hits a tornado DDT then Cole hits a shining wizard, but Tanahashi drops him with a sling blade. Lethal hits Hail to the King then Tanahashi misses the High Fly Flow, Lethal hitting Lethal Injection on Tana. Cole superkicks Naito after he hits Lethal with the belt then pins Lethal to retain his title. Great fast paced match.
