STARDOM was back on pay-per-view on Sunday for STARDOM SUNSHINE 2023. With neither of Tam Nakano's World or Wonder of Stardom Championships on the line, the show was headlined by two Steel Cage matches including a main event that was called an All Out War. Queen's Quest and Oedo Tai battled inside the Steel Cage with one member set to leave their faction by being the final person left in the ring.
Also on the card included the first-ever title match contested in a Steel Cage match as the Bari Bari Bombers trio of Giulia, Mai Sakurai, and Thekla defended the Artist of Stardom Championship for the first time against the STARS trio of Mayu Iwatani, Hazuki, and Koguma.
