Participants include Psycho Clown, Dark Sheik, Cole Radrick, Parrow, Mo Atlas, Ruckus, KTB, Juicy Finao, Steve Scott, Nate Webb, Big Vin, Janai Kai, Dustin Thomas, Marcus Mathers, Yoya, Charles Mason, B-Boy, Lufisto & Thunder Rosa

The match begins while the entrances continue taking place, Sheik takes Parrow down with an assisted double stomp. Sheik also drops Radrick with a spinning heel kick from the top rope, Radrick recovers to land a springboard cutter on Sheik. Ruckus hits Radrick with an arm trap cutter, Finao starts attacking everybody in the match. Scott tries taking selfies with everybody in the match, Clown clotheslines Scott out of the ring for an elimination. Everybody pairs off and battles in the corners of the ring, Vin nails Sheik with a rope assisted power slam, Vin nails somebody with a choke slam before Parrow lands a sit out pile driver and eliminates the competitors. Kai nails Atlas with a plethora of kicks, Thomas nails KTB with a tornado DDT from the top rope. Thomas follows up by landing an area code kick and swanton bomb on KTB, Radrick is eliminated as Yoya hits the ring. Mason immediately nails Clown with a DDT on the ring apron, Mathers is eliminated by Webb after eating a drop kick. Clown recovers and he nails Mason with a super power bomb, Sheik uses a low blow to eventually eliminate Atlas. Parrow eliminates Sheik with a press slam over the top rope, Clown and Finao were eliminated as Lufisto made her entrance.

Mason eliminates Thomas while Lufisto hits Yoya with a burning Hammer, Rosa immediately goes to war with Parrow. Lufisto starts laying out a bunch of the remaining competitors, Lufisto eliminates Webb and B-Boy, a bunch of competitors were eliminated as Rosa was making her entrance. Rosa eliminates Parrow with a head scissors over the top rope, Lufisto battles Vin while Rosa battles Mason. Rosa and Lufisto work together to battle Vin and Mason, Lufisto and Rosa eventually do battle in the middle of the ring. Mason tosses Rosa after attacking her from behind, Lufist hits Vin and Mason with a variety of suplexes. Mason knocks Vin into Lufisto to eliminate Lufisto, Mason jumps on the back of Vin and Vin gets him off, Mason gets Vin to the ring apron before Vin choke slams him out of the ring for the final elimination.

Winner: Big Vin

Scramble Match
Jack Cartwheel vs. Dante Leon vs. The Grim Reefer vs. Ninja Mack vs. Alex Zayne vs. Shane Mercer

The match begins with an all out brawl between everybody in the match, Mercer nails a charging Reefer with a pop up power slam. Mercer and other take out some opponents with stereo suicide dives, Zayne then nails multiple opponents with a suicide dive. Leon leaps off the top rope and onto opponents that are on the arena floor, Reefer lights a joint before landing a dive onto his opponents. Reefer gets Cartwheel back in the ring before landing a middle rope Russian leg sweep, Mack returns and he drops Reefer with a back elbow strike. Mack then hits a downed Reefer with a handspring moonsault, Leon gets back in the ring and he nails Mack with a middle rope cutter. Leon goes to the top rope and Marcer nails him with an enziguri, Mercer gets Leon on his shoulder before leaping off the ropes and onto Zayne. Mack returns and Zayne takes him down while he also lands a German suplex on Mercer, Cartwheel drops Zayne before landing a rope assisted elbow drop. Mercer picks up Cartwheel and he drops him onto a downed Zayne.

Mack goes after Mercer and Mercer nails him with a clothesline before dropping him onto a downed Zayne, Reefer returns and he gets Mercer down before applying a cross face to him. Cartwheel breaks up the submission with a shooting star press, Leon then hits Cartwheel with a top rope cutter. Zayne gets Leon on his shoulder before Mack lands a springboard head kick on Leon, Mack goes to the top rope and Mercer meets him up there. Mercer then hits Mack with a Moonsault & Battery for a near fall, Mercer then propels Reefer across the ring. Mercer nails Zayne with a power bomb, Mercer holds Zayne in the ropes while Cartwheel nails Zayne with a shooting star press. Reefer low blows Mercer before setting up a chair in the ring, Mercer catches a leaping Reefer and he goes to the middle rope with him. Reefer hits Mercer with a super DDT on the chair for a three count.

Winner: The Grim Reefer

- Chris Dickinson & Brett Lauderdale hit the ring, Lauderdale talks about all the places GCW has been and says there is no place he’d rather be than in New York City. Lauderdale talks about the beginnings of GCW, Lauderdale brings in a red chair from the first GCW event. Lauderdale thanks everybody who has supported GCW through the years, GCW talks about the impact COVID had on GCW. Lauderdale talks about how people told him GCW wouldn’t last, Lauderdale puts over members of the GCW roster. Dickinson gets the microphone and he hypes up the crowd, Dickinson talks about what GCW means to him. Dickinson announces his comeback from injury and he thanks everybody for their support while he was on the shelf, Lauderdale gets the microphone back and he shows images of past GCW wrestlers who are no longer with us.

Grab The Brass Ring Ladder Match
Jordan Oliver vs. Jimmy Lloyd vs. Alex Colon vs. PCO vs. Tony Deppen vs. G-Raver vs. AJ Gray

The match begins with a brawl between some competitors while the rest go to the arena floor, Lloyd and Oliver battle over a ladder until Deppen drops them both with a springboard drop kick. Deppen climbs a ladder and Gray gets him down, Gray and Deppen battle until Gray power bombs Deppen onto a ladder. Gray follows up by nailing Deppen with a lariat, Gray climbs a ladder and G-Raver hits the ring with his own ladder. G-Raver then knocks Gray off of one ladder by hitting him with another, PCO hits the ring and G-Raver throws a ladder at him. PCO fights back and Colon gets G-Raver on his shoulder, PCO then hits G-Raver with a ladder assisted doomsday device. Colon then nails PCO from behind with a drop kick, Colon sets up a ladder and he starts climbing it. PCO climbs it as well until Oliver uses a missile drop kick to knock them both down, Oliver climbs a ladder and Lloyd gets him off before sending him into it. Lloyd places the ladder on the ropes before Oliver nails him with a Pain Thriller, Oliver then takes out multiple people with a suicide dive.

G-Raver and Colon take out people with stereo suicide dives, PCO then takes everybody out with his own suicide dive. Deppen follows up with a suicide dive onto all of his opponents, a bunch of the competitors take the battle towards the stage until Gray leaps off the stage onto everybody. PCO grabs a steel chair and he hits Gray with it, PCO climbs to the top rope and he nails everybody with a moonsault. PCO gets back in the ring and he starts climbing a ladder, Gray returns and he briefly gets PCO off the ladder, PCO climbs the ladder again and Colon briefly gets him down, Oliver does the same and PCO drops him as well. G-Raver gets in the ring and PCO sends him back out of it, PCO climbs the ladder again and Deppen sets up a bigger ladder next to him. Deppen knocks PCO off of a ladder and Oliver knocks Deppen off of a ladder before eating a knee strike, Deppen climbs a ladder and Oliver attacks him. Oliver and Deppen battle while each are on their own ladder, Lloyd hits Deppen with a chair before Oliver hits him with a springboard cutter.

Oliver climbs a ladder and PCO climbs the second one, PCO uses a choke slam to knock Oliver off of the ladder and to the mat below. PCO then hits Oliver with a package pile driver onto a ladder, Colon returns to the ring and he fights PCO over a chair. Colon drops PCO onto a chair before hitting him with a double stomp from the top of the ladder, Colon climbs the ladder and G-Raver gets him off before trapping him between chairs and a ladder. G-Raver leaps off the top of the ladder and he lands a senton onto a trapped Colon, Lloyd returns and he power bombs G-Raver onto a ladder that was placed on the arena floor. Gray returns and he nails Colon with a power slam, Gray climbs a large ladder on the arena floor and crashes onto the ropes when he leaps off. Oliver and Colon battle each other while climbing the ladder, Colon knocks Oliver off the ladder before Lloyd knocks him off the ladder. John Wayne Murdoch interferes and he attacks Colon, Gray knocks Lloyd off the ladder and he grabs the brass ring to win the match.

Winner: AJ Gray

Gringo Loco, Demonic Flamita & Arez vs. Bandido, ASF & Laredo Kid

The match begins with Arez and Kid battling until Kid is sent out of the ring, Bandido hits the ring and he nails Arez with a series of suplexes. Loco hits the ring and he nails Bandido with a leg lariat, ASF hits the ring and he nails Loco with a springboard head scissors. ASF then hits Loco with a series of springboard arm drags, Flamita comes in and he attacks ASF. Flamita sends a charging ASF into the corner before kicking him in the head, Flamita’s team attacks the opposition before triple teaming ASF in the ring. Arez and Flamita take out opponents with suicide dives, Loco then hits ASF with a pump handle slam for a near fall. Members from both team do some battling on the arena floor, Arez and Flamita trap Kid and Bandido in surfboard holds before Loco lands a dive onto them both. ASF returns and he gets caught during a suicide dive attempt, Loco and his teammates propel ASF back into the ring for a near fall. Flamita goes after ASF with Loco and ASF manages to get Loco out of the ring, Flamita then hits ASF with a tiger driver for a near fall.

Everybody from both teams hit the ring and they all do battle, Bandido’s team all land super kick before clearing the ring with head scissor takedowns. Bandido and teammates then take everybody out with suicide dives, Arez and Loco are brought back into the ring before both avoid missile drop kicks, Arez and Loco get ASF and Kid into a row boat before Flamita rolls up Bandido for a near fall, Bandido and Flamito clear the ring before battling each other. Flamita eventually drops a charging Bandido with a super kick before landing a frog splash for a near fall. Kid hits the ring and he attacks Flamita, Kid then hits Flamita with a Michinoku Driver and a 450 splash for another near fall. Arez hits the ring and he attacks Kid before landing a back stabber followed by a moonsault for a near fall, ASF returns to battle Arez. ASF hits Arez with a death valley driver followed by a drop kick for another near fall, Loco returns to hit ASF with a release suplex for a near fall. Bandido hits the ring and he has a striking exchange with Loco, Bandido then hits Loco with a tornado DDT for a near fall.

Flamita battles ASF in the ring before everybody hits the ring to take each other out, multiple wrestlers get trapped in the corner before a double stack battle takes place. ASF takes Arez down with a super destroyer before others are taken out with power bombs, ASF takes out Loco with an assisted head scissor takedown on the arena floor. Flamita returns to take everybody out with a suicide dive, Kid and Arez start exchanging strikes in the ring. Bandido returns and he takes a bunch of people out with a suicide dive, Kid nails Arez with a spanish fly onto a bunch of competitors on the arena floor. Loco battles ASF on the top rope before both fall down, Loco then hits ASF with a pile driver for a three count.

Winners: Gringo Loco, Demonic Flamita & Arez

- Blake Christian gets the microphone before the next match to reveal that ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham isn’t here tonight. Christian says he came to fight the best tonight and Lio Rush is revealed to be his opponent.

Lio Rush vs. Blake Christian

The match begins with a series of arm drags by Christian onto Rush, Christian and Rush chase each other around the ring. Rush misses a spinning head kick and Christian knocks him out of the ring, Rush gets back in the ring and he nails Christian with an up kick. Christian misses a charge into the corner and Rush knocks him out of the ring after landing a spinning head kick, Rush follows up by nailing Christian with a suicide dive. Rush gets Christian back in the ring and Christian immediately hits him with a suicide dive, Christian gets Rush back in the ring and Rush slaps him. Christian then hits Rush with a headbutt and gut buster for a near fall, Christian corners Rush before landing shoulder thrusts into his midsection. Christian keeps Rush down before kicking him in the back, Christian gets Rush into the corner before landing some strikes. Rush fights back and Christian manages to get him into the eastern stretch, Rush gets free and Christian nails him with a series of corner spears. Christian misses a charge in the corner and Rush levels him with a spear of his own, Rush then cracks Christian with a few strikes and an enziguri.

Rush follows up by nailing a charging Christian with another spear, Rush then nails Christian with a falcon arrow for a near fall. Rush goes to the top rope and Christian meets him up there after landing his own enziguri, Christian then gets Rush down with a rope assisted head scissors takedown. Christian follows up by nailing Rush with a springboard forearm strike to the back up the head, Rush and Christian avoid standing Spanish fly attempts before Christian nails Rush in the back of the head. Christian then hits Rush with a ripcord Spanish fly and 450 splash for a near fall, Rush fights back and he nails Christian with a poison rana. Rush then hits Christian with a modified DDT followed by the Final Hour for a near fall, Christian and Rush battle on the ring apron. Rush looks for a German suplex and Christian avoids it, Rush then goes for a sunset flip bomb and Christian avoids it before landing a tombstone pile driver on the arena floor. Christian gets Rush back in the ring before landing a 450 double stomp for a three count.

Winner: Blake Christian

- A video package airs highlighting the feud between Matt Cardona and Joey Janela.

- Chelsea Green gets the microphone and she wants everybody to hail the deathmatch king, Matt Cardona gets the microphone next and he says everybody is ungrateful towards him. Cardona says he and Green are the reason the show sold out and GCW is on pay-per-view, Cardona promises to end Joey Janela’s career tonight.

Joey Janela vs. Matt Cardona w/Chelsea Green

The match begins with Cardona immediately hitting Janela with a Rough Rider for a near fall, Cardona mounts a downed Janela while landing some strikes. Cardona leaves the ring and he brings a door back into it, Cardona sets the door up in the corner before attacking Janela. Cardona sets up for a power bomb and Janela escapes before landing a right, Janela then hits Cardona with a death valley driver through the door. Green distracts the ref while Janela attacks Cardona, Janela nails Cardona with some chops and kicks. Janela traps Cardona in the ropes while landing more strikes, Cardona leaves the ring and Janela nails him with a suicide dive. Janela gets Cardona back in the ring and Cardona immediately hits him with a dive, Cardona gets Janela back in the ring and Janela immediately hits him with a clothesline. Janela leaves the ring and he has some words with Green before getting a steel chair, Janela gets in the ring and he nails Cardona with some chair shots. Janela sits Cardona on the chair while landing more strikes, Janela goes to the top rope and he hits the chair during a dive as Cardona gets out of the way.

Cardona throws his shirt into the crowd and a fan rips it up before throwing it at Green, Cardona grabs a steel chair and he hits Janela with it. Green hits the ring and she takes the chair from Cardona before kicking him in the balls, Janela goes to the top rope and she crotches Janela as Cardona reveals it was all a ruse. Cardona gets a chair from Green and he throws it at Janela, Cardona hits Janela with a chair assisted Broski Boot for a near fall. Cardona goes to the top rope and Janela attacks him, Janela meets him on the top rope and he nails Cardona with a superplex. Janela gets up and he attacks Cardona with a plethora of strikes, Janela then hits Cardona with a release German suplex. Janela grabs the internet title belt and Mark Sterling comes out to make sure there are no shenanigans, Sterling starts mocking the crowd before bringing out somebody in a Vince McMahon mask. Sterling takes off the mask and the person under it is Virgil, Cardona catches Janela in a roll up for a near fall.

Sterling gets in the ring and Cardona accidentally hits him with the title belt, Janela then hits Cardona with a super kick for a near fall. Green interferes again and Janela follows Cardona to the ring apron, Janela nails Cardona with a death valley driver onto the ring apron area. Janela gets Cardona back into the ring and Janela discovers that Hornswoggle is under the ring, Hornswoggle shoves Janela into the ring post. Sam Stackhouse hits the ring and he battles Swoggle in the ring, Stackhouse flattens Swoggle before landing an avalanche in the corner. Stackhouse then misses a middle rope moonsault as Swoggle gets out of the way, Marko Stunt hits the ring and he hits Swoggle with a chair. Cardona goes after Stunt and he nails him with a reverse DDT, Janela returns and he nails Cardona with a DDT. Janela leaves the ring and he brings a door back into it, Janela also sets up a door onto some chairs on the arena floor.

Stunt sets up a door onto some chairs in the ring before placing Swoggle on top of it, Stunt puts Swoggle through one door while Janela puts Cardona through the door on the arena floor. Green comes into the ring and she hits Stunt with the title belt followed by a destroyer, Janela goes after Green and Cardona nails him with a steel chair. Cardona then hits Janela with an FU onto the chair for a near fall, Cardona leaves the ring and he returns with another door. Cardona sets up the door in the corner before bringing another door into the ring, Cardona also sets up that door into another corner. Janela returns and he nails Cardona with a steel chair, Green returns and she attacks Janela with a kendo stick. Janela fights back and he breaks the cane before hitting Green with a pile driver, a masked person hits the ring and he spears Janelsa through the door. The mystery person reveals himself to be Brian Myers, Cardona then hits Janela with a super Rough Rider through a door for a three count.

Winner: Matt Cardona w/Chelsea Green

After the match, the DX music plays and X-Pac makes his way to the ring, X-Pac goes after Matt Cardona and Brian Myers.

- Mance Warner makes his way to the ring and he gets the microphone, Warner says he kept his promise to be at the show tonight. Warner says GCW works because they have the best locker room and commentary team in the business, Warner puts over the rest of the GCW staff as well. Atticus Cogar interrupts and he makes his way onto the stage, Cogar says he isn’t here to put over GCW. Cogar says f*ck Brett Lauderdale and the rest of GCW, Cogar says the Second Gear Crew are just Lauderdale’s snakes. Warner attacks Cogar and a brawl breaks out between the two, Matthew Justice comes out and he nails Cogar with a spear. The rest of 44OH! Hits the ring to attack Warner and Justice, the lights go out and Sabu is in the ring with Bill Alfonso when the lights come back on. Sabu and gang help to clear the ring of 44OH!, Justice hits Gregory Iron with a top rope splash as Alfonso makes the three count.

- A video package airs about the upcoming Allie Katch/Ruby Soho match.

Allie Katch vs. Ruby Soho

The match begins with Soho dropping Katch with an arm drag, Soho then gets Katch in a headlock and Katch gets free before eating a shoulder tackle. Soho looks for the Riott Kick and Katch manages to avoid it, Soho starts working over the arm of Katch. Katch gets free and she looks for the pile driver against Soho and Soho escapes, Katch trips up Soho before landing a basement drop kick. Soho recovers and she drives Katch head first into the middle turnbuckle for a near fall, Soho keeps Katch cornered while stomping away on her. Katch fights back and she drives Soho face first into the middle turnbuckle, Katch then hits Soho with a hip attack followed by a cannonball for a near fall. Soho recovers and she rolls up Katch before landing some forearm strikes, Katch also lands some forearm strikes against Soho. Katch and Soho exchange strikes until Katch lands a release German suplex, Katch goes for a Riott Kick and Soho avoids it before landing a Saito suplex on her.

Katch traps Soho in the ropes before landing a knee strike, Katch goes to the middle rope and Soho takes her down with an arm drag. Soho then nails Katch with a flat liner for a near fall, Soho follows up with a hurricarana driver on Katch for another near fall. Katch surprises Soho with a roll up before eating a Riott Kick for a near fall, Soho goes to the top rope and Katch avoids her as she leaps off. Katch then hits Soho with a knee strike and pile driver for a near fall, Katch grabs Soho and she places her on the top rope before following her up there. Soho gets free after landing a few strikes, Soho looks for a power bomb and Katch defends by landing a few strikes. Soho climbs the ropes again and Katch nails her with a few strikes, Katch looks for a super pile driver and Soho defends before landing a super Riott Kick for a three count.

- A video package airs highlighting the feud between Effy and Jeff Jarrett.

Effy vs. Jeff Jarrett

The match begins with Effy pulling a $20 bill out of his pocket and he offers it to Jarrett, Jarrett locks up with Effy before shoving him across the ring. Effy recovers and he starts working over the arm of Jarrett, Jarrett gets free and he does some damage to the arm of Effy. Effy gets free and he nails Jarrett with a running chop, Jarrett gets Effy in a headlock and Effy gets free before eating a shoulder tackle. Effy gets in position to do something to Jarrett’s no-no parts and Jarrett doesn’t like it, Effy corners Jarrett before landing a ton of strikes. Effy then catches Jarrett in a modified tarantula, Effy releases the hold and Jarrett nails him with a clothesline. Jarrett quickly attacks Effy further before tossing him out of the ring, Jarrett follows Effy out of the ring before whipping him with his belt. Jarrett chokes Effy with the belt before sending him into a ringside attendant, Jarrett attacks a ringside attendant with his belt. Jarrett gets Effy back into the ring before whipping him with the belt again, Jarrett drops Effy with a belt assisted clothesline.

Jarrett keeps Effy down while choking him with the belt, Jarrett releases the choke before whipping Effy again. Jarrett corners Effy before tying him to the top turnbuckle, Jarrett grabs a steel chair and Effy frees himself before getting hit with it. Effy traps Jarrett in the corner while landing a ton of strikes, Jarrett recovers and he drops Effy on the top turnbuckle. Jarrett misses a charge in the corner and Effy lands Under The Rainbow on him for a near fall, Effy grabs the belt and he whips Jarrett with it. Effy goes to the middle rope and then the top rope before missing a blockbuster attempt, Jarrett grabs the guitar and Effy nails him with a low blow followed by a roll up for a near fall. Effy rips off his fishnets and he puts them in the mouth of Jarrett, Effy grabs the guitar and Jarrett punches him in the balls. Jarrett hits Effy with the guitar before landing The Stroke for as three count.

Jon Moxley (c) vs. Homicide

The match begins with Homicide and Moxley exchanging strikes in the middle of the ring, Moxley gains control before Homicide sends him to the arena floor. Moxley gets back in the ring before dropping Homicide with a back elbow strike, Moxley then knocks Homicide to the arena floor. Moxley climbs the ropes and Homicide nails him as he lept off, Homicide nails Moxley with strikes as they brawl on the arena floor. Homicide gets Moxley back in the ring before missing a charge into the corner as Moxley sends him into the ring post, Moxley then hits Homicide with a neck breaker on the ring apron. Moxley waits for Homicide to return to the ring before working over his hand, Moxley follows up with a pile driver on Homicide for a near fall. Moxley keeps Homicide down while landing cross face strikes, Moxley hits Homicide with a few kicks before Homicide nails him with multiple exploder suplexes. Moxley leaves the ring and Homicide nails him with a suicide dive, Moxley fights back when they get into the ring and Homicide still lands a super cutter for a near fall.

Homicide looks for the Cop Killer and Moxley escapes before another striking exchange breaks out, Moxley ends the exchange by nailing Homicide with a release German suplex. Homicide gets up and he nails Moxley with his own release German suplex, Homicide and Moxley exchange lariats until Moxley lands a double underhook DDT for a near fall. Moxley keeps Homicide down while landing elbow strikes, Moxley applies the bulldog choke to Homicide and Homicide makes it to the ropes. Moxley leaves the ring and he returns after throwing some chairs into the ring, Moxley places a chair in the ropes and Homicide sends him into it before landing a lariat for a near fall. Homicide places some steel chairs in the middle of the ring before setting up for a Cop Killer, Moxley counters with a roll up before biting Homicide. Moxley then hits Homicide with Dirty Deeds on the steel chairs for a near fall, Moxley sets up another chair in the center of the ring. Moxley goes for Dirty Deeds and Homicide counters with a roll up for a near fall, Moxley recovers to hit Homicide with a lariat and a Dirty Deeds on the steel chair for a three count.

The Briscoes (Mark & Jay) (c) vs. Matt Tremont & Nick Gage w/Dewey Donovan

The match begins with Gage immediately spearing Jay through a door that was set up in the corner, Tremont then hits a charging Mark with a Samoan drop. The Briscoes start throwing chairs into the ring, everybody grabs a weapon and a massive brawl breaks out between them. Tremont and Jay end their brawl after throwing chairs at each other, Mark and Gage have a duel involving pieces of the broken door. Gage then hits Mark with a DDT to end their portion of the brawl, Donovan looks to give Gage the pizza cutter and Jay hits Gage with a steel chair. Mark battles Gage in the ring while Jay and Tremont battle on the arena floor, Mark puts Tremont through a door while Jay hits Gage with a neck breaker. Mark sets another door up in the ring while Jay continues working over Gage, Mark uses a Froggy Elbow to put Gage through a door for a near fall. Tremont returns to the ring and Jay hits him with a steel chair, Jay and Tremont have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring.

Tremont ends the exchange by nailing a charging Jay with a uranage, Tremont goes to the ring apron and Mark knocks him to the arena floor after landing a chair shot. Mark goes to the top rope and Gage meets him up there a short time later, Gage then hits Mark with a super pile driver through a door. Gage then hits Mark with a choke breaker for a three count.

After the match, Nick Gage cuts a promo hyping GCW while members of the roster surround the ring.
