This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of WWE 205 Live! Tonight in our main event TJ Perkins tries to stop Neville who's taken the cruiserweight division by storm! After weeks of promotional videos we have the return of the Japanese Buzz Saw, TAJIRI returning to a WWE ring for the first time since he was in the Cruiserweight Classic! TAJIRI vs Sean Maluta
They lock up to start the match exchange wrist and headlocks. Sean drops TAJIRI repeatedly then hits him with a series of forearms, TAJIRI locking Sean in the Tarantula. TAJIRI then drops Sean with a series of kicks to the chest then head before hitting his signature springboard back elbow. TAJIRI finishes with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head for the pin and the win.
Winner: TAJIRI via pinfall
-The Brian Kendrick comes out after the match and welcomes TAJIRI back to the WWE and 205 Live. Kendrick says he's better than he was years ago. Kendrick says it's nice to see him, calling him a fellow pioneer of the cruiserweight division. Kendrick pushes Maluta out of the ring. They then shake hands before TAJIRI hits him with mist.
-Next Neville is interviewed, saying TJ wouldn't have been champion if he had been included when the division was created.
Jack Gallagher vs Tony Nese
They exchange wrist locks then Jack stands on his head before he rolls Tony up for a quick 2 count. They have a clean break then Nese drops Jack with a right hand before stomping on him in the corner. Jack stands on his head again then hits a dropkick that sends Nese to the outside. Daivari comes in out of no where from behind and drops Jack for the disqualification.
Winner: Jack Gallagher via disqualification
-After the match Ariya beats on Jack as we go to commercial.
Mustafa Ali vs Noam Dar
They lock up to start the match for a clean break then exchange wrist locks. Ali sends Dar to the outside then hits him with a forearm in the face before sending him back into the ring. Dar then drops Ali before stomping on his arm, following up by focusing on it. They then exchange pins for a quick 2 count, Ali flipping around then hits a tornado DDT. Ali then hits a roundhouse kick into a rolling neckbreaker for a close 2 count. Ali comes off the top rope, but Dar is waiting and puts him in the Fujiwara armbar then Ali rolls him up for a very close 2 count. Ali drops Dar with a kick then hits an inverted 450 splash for the pin and the win.
Winner: Mustafa Ali via pinfall
-Next we get a long overdue video package for Akira Tozawa, Cesaro talking him up.
Neville vs TJ Perkins
They lock up for a clean break to start the match then exchange wrist locks. TJ spins around on his head, putting Neville into a head scissor repeatedly until Neville escapes. Neville drops TJ then they flip around before TJ hits a bulldog into a head scissor that sends Neville to the outside. Neville stomps on TJ then slams him to the mat before going to the top rope. Neville hits a shotgun dropkick off the top rope for a quick 2 count then puts him in a side headlock that TJ quickly powers out of. Neville drops TJ with a chop for another quick 2 count then puts him back in the headlock. Neville misses a phoenix splash then TJ hits a neckbreaker that sends Neville to the outside, TJ diving out onto him then puts him back into the ring. TJ hits a cross body off the top rope for a close 2 count then hits a springboard frankensteiner for a very close 2 count.Neville hits a dead-lift German suplex for a close 2 count. TJ is caught on the top rope then Neville hits a superplex off the top rope for the pin and the win.
Winner: Neville via pinfall
