Dakota Kai vs Lacey Evans
Lacey shoves Dakota before Kai takes her down and gets a quick two count off of a jack knife pin and a series of arm drags. Kai gets another quick two count before kicking Lacey in the back and hits a PK for a third quick two count. Lacey comes back and hits a bronco buster before repeatedly stomping on Kai for a quick two count. Kai gets yet another quick two count off of a roll up before Lacey puts Kai in a stock submission and beats on her in mount. Lacey hits a slingshot elbow drop for a quick two count before missing a moonsault and Kai hits a series of Helluva kicks in the corner. Lacey then hits the Woman's Right for the pin and the win.
Winner: Lacey Evans defeats Dakota Kai via pinfall with the Woman's Right.
-We get a video package for Aleister Black and Tommaso Ciampa ahead of NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II.
Kassius Ohno vs Rick Romero
Rick tries for a standing switch, but he can't lift him and Ohno hits him with a discus elbow for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kassius Ohno defeats Rick Romero via pinfall with a discus elbow.
-The War Raiders get a video package before we get one for Velveteen Dream.
NXT Women's Championship Number One Contender Match
Everyone exchanges rolls ups and arm drags before Candice is sent to the outside and Nikki sends Kairi face first into the ring post. Candice hits a tope to the outside before Nikki locks in a submission before turning it into a crucifix pin for a quick two count. Kairi hits a spear before hitting a diving double foot stomp to Candice for a near fall. Kairi then puts Candice in the Anchor, but Nikki breaks it up and Candice hits a cannonball off of the apron onto Kairi who Nikki sends to the outside. Nikki hits a reverse DDT onto the ramp before Kairi hits a tope to the outside and takes out Nikki.
Nikki catches Kairi up top before they hit a tower of doom and everyone hits a move before Candice hits a double DDT into a springboard moonsault for a near fall. Nikki hits a swinging neckbreaker off of the apron and onto the floor before hitting three belly to back suplexes to Kairi. Nikki then drapes Kairi over the top before Candice gets a near fall off of a roll up and hits an unprettier before Kairi hits the Insane Elbow for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kairi Sane defeats Candice LeRae and Nikki Cross via pinfall with the Insane Elbow to become the new NXT Women's Championship number one contender.
