WWE NXT presented its latest Premium Live Event, NXT No Mercy, from The Mechanics Bank Arena in Bakersfield, California. The event was presented live on Peacock on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Becky Lynch vs. Tiffany Stratton headlined the event in an Extreme Rules Match. Carmelo Hayes also defended the NXT Championship against Ilja Dragunov.

WWE NXT No Mercy (9/30/23) Results

* Kickoff: Blair Davenport def. Kelani Jordan

- After, Gigi Dolin attacks Blair, they're separated by security.

* Baron Corbin def. Bron Breakker. Mr. Stone got involved in the match and tried to dive onto Breakker, but was caught and thrown onto security. However, this was enough of a distraction, for Corbin to take advantage and get the win.

- There's a replay of a promo hyping Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes.

* NXT North American Championship - Special Referee: Dragon Lee - Trick Williams def. Dominik Mysterio (c)

- There is a clip shown from this past Tuesday of Joe Gacy telling Ava that the Schism is dead and she needs to find a new family.

* NXT Tag Team Championship - Fatal 4-Way: The Family (Tony D'Angelo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) (c) def. The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed), Los Lotharios (Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo), and OTM (Lucien Price & Bronco Nima w/ SCRYPTS)

- Trick Williams celebrates his victory with Carmelo Hayes in the locker room.

- Becky Lynch has a shopping cart, and she's loading it up with weapons for the main event match tonight.

* NXT Heritage Cup Championship: Noam Dar (c) def. Butch. Gallus interfered allowing Noam Dar to stay champion. Joe Coffey hit Butch with a Lariat knocking him out.

- NXT man was once again featured in the vignette. He was once again watching TV, this time he was watching second and third-generation performers. He turned the TV off and you get a better glimpse at blonde hair and a tiger t-shirt.

- NXT Halloween Havoc was announced for October 24 and October 31 as a two-week special.

- A commercial for NXT Deadline was also shown.

* NXT Championship: Ilja Dragunov def. Carmelo Hayes (c). After the match, both men shook hands.

- The lineup for the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament was revealed. This year's tournament will feature Dani Palmer, Lola Vice, Izzi Dame, Kelani Jordan, Karmen Petrovic, Jaida Parker, Kiyah Saint, and Ariana Grace. Grace is the only woman who was featured in last year's tournament returning for this year's.

* NXT Women’s Championship Extreme Rules Match: Becky Lynch (c) def. Tiffany Stratton

- Tegan Nox was shown in the crowd. She will challenge Becky Lynch for the championship on the October 2 Monday Night Raw.

- A post-credits scene showed Trick Williams consoling Carmelo Hayes after his loss, but Carmelo seemed deflated.
