* Drew McIntyre def. Cody Rhodes

- Cody Rhodes had the match won but was assaulted by Solo Sikoa while Jimmy Uso distracted the referee.

- Andrade vignette airs.

- Seth Rollins checked in on Cody Rhodes in the trainer's room.

* Last Chance Battle Royal To Qualify For Women's Elimination Chamber: Raquel Rodriguez def. Shayna Baszler, Michin, Zoey Stark, Alba Fyre, Zelina Vega, Ivy Nile, Elektra Lopez, Tegan Nox, Indi Hartwell, Katana Chance, and Chelsea Green.

- Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax come face to face in a satellite interview. Ripley says she had to remind herself who she was and became the most dominant woman in WWE. Nia Jax says she's going to make Ripley cry when she realizes that she's not good enough.

- Jackie Redmond pictures to a vignette covering the issues between Judgment Day and R-Truth.

- UFC Fighter Michael Chandler is in the crowd and uses some TV time to call out Conor McGregor.

* The Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh) def. DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano), The Miz & R-Truth

- Becky Lynch speaks about entering her first Elimination Chamber. She says that she plans on facing Ripley at WrestleMania. She's interrupted by Liv Morgan. Morgan talks about wanting her revenge against Ripley. Raquel Rodriguez comes out and says that she's the only person big enough to take on Ripley. Naomi comes out and says that she came back to WWE to be at the top. Tiffany Stratton comes out next and says that she plans on being the center of the universe after the WWE Elimination Chamber event. Bianca Belair is out last and plans to continue her WrestleMania winning streak. A brawl breaks out and it's interrupted by Nia Jax who takes out all of the women.

* WWE Intercontinental Championship: Gunther (c) def. Jey Uso

- Jey Uso had the victory when Jimmy Uso appeared in a hoodie and rang the bell prematurely. Jey Uso continued trying to finish the fight but was distracted by his twin brother's appearance and that distraction led to his ultimate downfall. After the match, Jimmy attacked his brother, hitting a few Uso splashes to close the show.
