WWE RAW Results (3/14/22): Kevin Owens Responds To Stone Cold, RK-Bro Throws A Celebration + More!

Jim Ross Says He's Slotted To Contribute On AEW PPVs, He Suggested Working Go-Home Collision

The show begins and we see a graphic honoring the late, great WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall who WWE announced has sadly passed away at the age of 63.

We cut to the live show and our commentary team of Jimmy Smith, Byron Saxton and Corey Graves welcome us to tonight's show from Jacksonville, Florida and out comes Kevin Owens. KO starts out with a 'hey, yo!' in honor of Scott Hall. Owens says he's the happiest Canadian ever because not only is he going to WrestleMania and as far as he's concerned, he's the main event because he has 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin on The KO Show. Owens berates the state of Texas and says he's going to kick Steve Austin's ass and that's the bottom line because Kevin Owens says so.

Finn Balor vs. Damian Priest

Before the match begins, Austin Theory joins commentary and we see a video package hyping up his match against Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 38. Balor tosses Priest to the corner right as the bell sounds, Priest powers back and launches Balor to the corner, Balor knocks Priest out of the ring, follows him out, goes for a kick, Priest catches the leg and sends him crashing to the apron with a trip. Priest drags Balor back out and fires Balor into the Announce table with the Razor's Edge and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Priest is in control back in the ring. Priest sends Balor to the corner, Balor comes storming back with forearms, Priest goes for the choke-slam, Balor rolls out and stomps Priest in the chest, then nails him with a sling-blade but Priest slams him down to the mat. Priest goes for a slam, Balor slides out and hits an inverted DDT then goes up top but Theory gets on the apron taunts Balor, Priest grabs Balor by the neck, Balor sends him back to the mat with a back-elbow and leaps off the apron and takes out Theory at ringside. Balor gets back into the ring but Priest is waiting and hits The Reckoning for the 1-2-3 and the win!

Winner - Damian Priest

After the match, Theory rushes the ring, hits the ATL on Balor and takes a selfie with the US Champion's motionless body and exits.

Backstage, we see Seth Rollins, Kevin Patrick approaches and asks if there's any developments on Rollins' WrestleMania situation. Rollins glares at Patrick, who walks off and the crowd is reigning down the 'Cody, Cody, Cody!' chants and we kick it back to the ring. Omos heads down to the ring and he'll face Commander Azeez after the break.

Omos vs. Commander Azeez (with Apollo Crews)

The two big men tangle up to start and Omos dumps Azeez out of the ring, Azeez gets back in but Omos sends him right back out. Apollo distracts Omos, Azeez takes advantage and tosses Omos into the corner before nailing him with a splash. Omos knocks Azeez back, lifts Azeez with a suplex and plants him with the front suplex and follows it up with the double choke-slam that gets the three-count and the win!

Winner - Omos

After the match, Apollo gets in the ring but Omos quickly dispatches him with a double choke-slam. Omos celebrates over the pair, we see a replay of the finish and post-match attack and we head backstage where we see Seth Rollins once again. Kevin Owens approaches Rollins and says tough times don't last but tough guys do. Owens says Rollins needs to not worry about WrestleMania and focus on something else. Owens reminds Rollins that he's the visionary and he needs to keep being the architect and build something. Rollins grabs Owens by the shirt and laughs before walking off. Back to the ring, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley are making their way down to the ring and Liv Morgan will face Queen Zelina after the break.

Liv Morgan (with Rhea Ripley) vs. Queen Zelina (with Carmella)

Zelina tosses Liv down face-first into the mat by her hair. Zelina locks in a choke, readjusts and transitions into another choke. Liv rolls out, Zelina sends her into the corner, then a front-kick to the chest and goes for the cover but Liv kicks out. Liv rolls Zelina up, Zelina kicks out, Liv with another roll up, Zelina rolls Liv up, they roll around the ring a few more times before getting back to their feet. Liv with a drop-kick, Carmella trips Liv, Zelina uses the distraction and power-bombs Liv. Rhea chases Carmella around the ringside areas, Carmella jumps into Corey Graves' lap and Rhea laughs at them. Back in the ring, Zelina sizes Liv up but Liv plants her with her finisher and gets the win!

Winner - Liv Morgan

Seth Rollins' music hits before anyone clears the ring and out comes the former WWE Champion and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and it's announced that Steve Austin's special Broken Skull Lager beer will be available this Wednesday on 3/16 day. We then see a video package highlighting Roman Reigns and The Usos attack or Brock Lesnar from the live event at Madison Square Garden from two weekends ago as well as Brock and Paul Heyman's segment from this past Friday's episode of SmackDown.

Back to the ring and Seth Rollins says he has a plan to get himself to WrestleMania. Rollins says he thought all hope was lost when he and Kevin Owens lost their RAW Tag Team Title match but his 'best-friend' Owens reminded him that he's a visionary. Rollins says he has a plan but he wants Owens to be out there. Owens music hits and out comes the former Universal Champion. Rollins asks if he and the fans are ready for his plan and says Owens has a talk show, The KO Show and his guest for WrestleMania is 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, Rollins asks if he can have his own talk show. Rollins ponders 'Freakin' and Speakin' with Seth Freakin' Rollins' or maybe he'll bring back the Rollins Report and he can also have Steve Austin as his guest. Owens says no, Rollins says he's right and says there can only be one talk show at WrestleMania. Rollins proposes a match between he and Owens tonight and the winner hosts a talk show at WrestleMania with Steve Austin as their special guest. Sonya Deville interrupts and makes the Rollins vs. Owens match official and the winner will host a talk show with Steve Austin at WrestleMania. Rollins walks out dancing and all smiles, Owens is pissed off in the ring and we cut to a video package highlighting the feud between Rey & Dominik Mysterio and The Miz & Logan Paul.

Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin

Before the match begins, The Miz and Logan Paul make their way down to the ring and the pair join commentary for this one. Dominik and Shelton start it off, Shelton knocks Rey off the apron, Dominik takes down Shelton with an arm-drag and Shelton sends Dominik to the outside before making the tag to Cedric, who works over Dominik with a back-lock. Cedric with a few strikes, Dominik with a neck-breaker and makes the tag to Rey, who knocks Shelton off the apron before nailing Cedric with a spring-board DDT then goes for the cover but Cedric kicks out. Rey sets Cedric up for the 619, Cedric slides out, Rey sends Cedric back into the middle rope, knocks Shelton off the apron, Rey makes the tag to Dominik, they hit a double-619 on Cedric, Dominik knocks Shelton back and hits a frog splash off the top rope onto Cedric for the 1-2-3 and the win!

Winners - Rey & Dominik Mysterio

After the match, The Miz and Logan Paul attack Rey and Dominik. Rey dispatches of Miz, Rey and Dominik size-up Logan, Dominik knocks Logan to the mat and Miz drags him out of the ring before any further damage is done.

We then see highlights of last week's segment from WWE Hall of Famer Edge. Commentary hypes up his WrestleMania match against AJ Styles and it's announced that we'll hear from Edge after the break. Commentary promotes WWE 2K22, we see a video package about the game and then we head to a break.

Back from the break and Edge makes his way down to the ring, notably with a new theme song. Edge says he's the benchmark of WWE and says he's better than everyone, especially the Jacksonville crowd. Edge says he's better than every single person in the industry and the Edge that was so worried appeasing the fans was weak and in reality, the fans don't matter to him. Edge says he took his eye off the prize and he allowed a man like Randy Orton to injure him, he allowed Seth Rollins into his home and he allowed a man who can't lace his boots, like the 'Aquaman cosplayer' Roman Reigns to stack and pin him at WrestleMania. Edge says that all ends at WrestleMania because that Edge is dead. Edge says he's perched on the mountain of this industry looking down at everyone and says he won't be judged by the fans, anyone in the locker room and certainly not AJ Styles. The crowd reins down 'you suck!' chants, Edge says if AJ even makes it to WrestleMania, it'll be two generational talents facing each other for the first-time on the grandest stage of them all. Edge says AJ will be judged at WrestleMania before dropping the mic and exiting.

Bianca Belair vs. Doudrop

Doudrop drops Bianca with a shoulder-block, Bianca jumps up and knocks Doudrop down with a shoulder-block of her own. Bianca lands a standing moonsault then goes for the KOD but she can't quite lift Doudrop and they spill out of the ring as we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Doudrop lands a Michinoki Driver, goes for the cover but Bianca kicks out at two. Doudrop tosses Bianca to the corner, goes for a running senton but Bianca slides out of danger. Bianca makes her comeback, goes for a suplex, Doudrop blocks but Bianca plants her with a spine-buster. Bianca goes for the KOD and gets it for the 1-2-3!

Winner - Bianca Belair

After the match, RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch comes from under the ring and attacks Bianca. Becky grand a steel chair, puts it around Bianca's neck and sends her face-first into the ring post. WWE officials come down to check on Bianca and Becky exits. We then see video footage of RK-Bro's RAW Tag Team Championship win from last week and their 'celebration' will go down after the break.

Back from the break and the new RAW Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle of RK-Bro make their way down to the ring. Riddle says he's re-watched their tag title win over and over again and he's excited because he and Randy are heading to WrestleMania. Orton says that this will be his 18th WrestleMania and says it'll be the best because he's never been tag champion and he's never had a tag partner or a friend like Riddle. Orton says he's not a good party planner, Riddle calls this the greatest night of his career. Orton says he has a gift for Riddle and hands him a green bag that he 'looked high and low for'. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of Street Profits interrupt and make their way down to the ring. Ford starts an 'RK-Bro!' chant. Ford says they didn't come to party and notes that he and Dawkins recently defeated them and they throw down the challenge for WrestleMania. Orton says they can't just win a match and expect to be next for the titles then offers Ford and Dawkins some popcorn and says no. Dawkins says when they come to the title, they're not bros, Ford says he and Dawkins are owed a title shot and says they're done asking for opportunities. Orton says none of the big names he's competed against have told him what he will and won't do and that includes Vince McMahon, so Ford won't break that trend. Orton tells Ford to take himself and his 'homie' Dawkins and leave or he's going to make them leave. Riddle holds Orton back and says Ford made a good point and points out to Orton that they are still looking for opponents at WrestleMania. Orton and Riddle go to a sidebar to talk, Orton comes back and says they're lucky Riddle is cool and accepts their challenge. Ford thanks them and says next time there's a party, he and Dawkins will show them how to throw one that 'isn't so ass'. Riddle tells Ford to not disrespect Orton and says he thought they were all cool with each other but since they're not, they don't have to wait until WrestleMania. Dawkins says the Street Profits are up and they want the SM...Orton interrupts and says they're not ending the party like that, they're going to end the party with the three most dangerous letters in professional wrestling, R-K-O!

A fun, fast-paced back-and-forth match between Riddle and Ford is cut short by former RAW Tag Team Champions Chad Gable and Otis of Alpha Academy. Gable and Otis take out Orton, Riddle, Ford and Dawkins and stand tall.

A touching video tribute is shown of the late great, WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall as the Jacksonville crowd pours down the 'Razor! Razor! Razor!' chants. Kevin Owens makes his way down to the ring and our main event is up after the break.

Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins

Rollins with the roll up right as the bell sounds, Owens quickly kicks out and they argue. A test of strength, Owens goes for the stunner, Rollins slides out and they continue to argue. Rollins unloads a bevy of strikes, Owens fights back, Rollins sends Owens to the corner and continues the attack and takes a look at the WrestleMania sign. Owens reverses momentum and sends Rollins into the corner and unleashes some strikes, Rollins sends Owens right back to the corner and lays into Owens with some strikes as well. Owens with the takedown, lands some shots, Rollins rolls out and tosses Owens to the mat, a kick, a running knee to the forehead lands for Rollins then he goes for the cover but Owens kicks out. Owens rolls out of the ring, Rollins follows, Owens trips Rollins to the apron and the pair get back in the ring where Owens isolates Rollins' left leg. Owens locks-in a calf-crusher before stomping on Rollins' leg. Owens sends Rollins to the apron, lands a few punches to the head then rakes the aforementioned injured leg across it. Owens goes for a pile-driver on the apron but Rollins tosses him over his head with a back-drop into it. Rollins dives through the ropes but Owens catches him and tosses him into the barricade before landing a senton as we head to a break. Back from the break and Owens lands a tornado DDT off the top rope, then a DDT and goes for the cover but Rollins lifts the shoulders after a count of two. Rollins fights back with some shots, Owens with a kick to the mid-section and looks for the pop-up power-bomb but Rollins knocks him back with a drop-kick to the corner. Rollins with a chop to the chest, then a punch, then another chop, then another punch and yet another chop before landing a sling-blade. Rollins with a running splash to the corner on Owens, goes for another but Owens sends him over the top rope onto the apron. Rollins goes up top and drills Owens with a flying knee. Rollins sends Owens to the outside and dives through the middle rope and fires Owens into the barricade. Rollins tosses Owens back into the ring, Owens rolls out, Rollins with another dive through the ropes and it wallops Owens over the announce table. Rollins gets back into the ring, Owens barely beats the ten-count but runs into a super-kick from Rollins, who goes up top, peaks at the WrestleMania sign and lands a splash then goes for the cover but Owens kicks out at two-and-a-half! Rollins puts Owens on the top turn-buckle and follows him up. Rollins for the super-plex, Owens knocks him back, Rollins jumps back up, Owens is the one to land the super-plex and goes for the cover but Rollins kicks out! Owens goes back up top and has a swanton bomb blocked by Rollins' knees as the crowd reigns down the 'this is awesome!' chants. Owens with a running clothesline, goes for the stunner but Rollins sends him into the corner, then a roll-up but the referee trips to the outside and gets back in the ring but Owens kicks out! Rollins argues with the referee, Owens uses the distraction to hit the stunner and gets the three-count for the win!

Winner - Kevin Owens

After the match, Owens celebrates, Rollins stares in disbelief at the WrestleMania sign. Owens heads out and the show goes off-the-air.
