- Sam Roberts is with the WWE Universe outside of the arena and he talks about the two Rumble matches happening tonight.

- Highlights are shown from when Stephanie McMahon first announced the women’s Rumble match on WWE Raw.

- WWE Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is on the panel now, Bliss says she is excited tonight and wishes she was in the Rumble match. Bliss says it is interesting that whomever wins the Rumble could challenge her, no matter what brand they are on. Rosenberg says Asuka won a poll earlier today about who’ll win the Rumble match, Bliss says she thinks Nia Jax will win. Bliss admits that she doesn’t care who wins because she is a smart champion and plans on leaving ‘Mania 34 as champion, Bliss calls the Rumble great for the women’s revolution and everybody backstage is nervous.

- The New Day cut a promo through Twitter about competing in the Rumble tonight.

- Seth Rollins is in the locker room when Jason Jordan walks in, Jordan says he appreciates being the partner of Rollins. Jordan defends Kurt Angle putting the team together, Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable enter the room with Gable and Jordan embracing. Gable says that Jordan dumped him in order to move to Raw, Jordan says he is doing better than Gable is right now since he is a champion.

- The panel take a look at the WWE Raw Tag Team Title & WWE Smackdown Tag Team Title matches.

- Highlights are then shown of the first ever Royal Rumble match.

- Bayley cuts a Twitter promo about the Rumble match.

Kalisto, Lince Dorado & Gran Metalik vs. TJP, Drew Gulak & Jack Gallagher

The match begins with Gulak scoring a takedown on Kalisto and Kalisto gets right back up, Gulak gets Kalisto back down while working on his arm. Kalisto reverses Gulak before applying an inverted figure four leg lock, Gallagher and Metalik get tagged in by their respective partners. Metalik gets Gallagher down with a pinning combination for a near fall, TJP tags in and Dorado tags in as well. Dorado and TJP do same chain wrestling until Kalisto tags in, Kalisto takes TJP down with a headlock. TJP gets free and Kalisto takes him down with a head scissors takedown, Dorado tags in and he attacks TJP with chops. Dorado then hits TJP with a hurricarana followed by a standing moonsault for a near fall, Dorado knocks TJP and an interfering Gulak out of the ring.

Dorado and his teammates take out the entire opposing team with moonsaults to the arena floor as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see TJP nailing Dorado with a European uppercut in the corner. Dorado leaps off the middle rope and TJP nails him with a drop kick, Gulak tags in and distracts the ref so Gallagher can attack Dorado. Gallagher tags in and he stomps on the back of Dorado’s legs, Gallagher then decides to wrench on the leg of Dorado. Gallagher drops a knee on Dorado’s leg while still wrenching away on it, Gulak tags in and he stomps away on a downed Dorado. TJP tags in and he teams with Gulak to hit Dorado with a rolling thunder, TJP gets a few pin attempts against Dorado.

Dorado looks for a tag and TJP knocks him out of the ring, TJP gets Dorado back in the ring for a near fall on a pin attempt. Gallagher tags in and he goes to the middle rope before arguing with Gulak, Gallagher misses a middle rope splash on Dorado. Metalik and Gulak get tagged in by their respective partners, Metalik instaly cleans house on the opposing team. Metalik then hits Gulak with a missile drop kick from the middle rope, Metalik follows up with a top rope elbow drop for the near fall. Kalisto tags in and he attacks Gulak and Gallagher with an enzaguri, Metalik eventually takes out Gallagher and Gulak with suicide dives. TJP tags in as Kalisto knocks Gulak out of the ring, Kalisto hits TJP with Salido Del Sol for the three count.

Winners: Kalisto, Lince Dorado & Gran Metalik

- Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens are shown in their locker room.

- WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte has joined the panel, Charlotte talks about the first women’s Rumble match tonight. Charlotte says she would like Becky Lynch or Nikki Bella to win the Rumble match tonight, Charlotte says whomever wins tonight should challenge her for the belt.

- A Rumble flashback is shown next, this time we see Ric Flair winning the ‘92 Rumble match.

- The Royal Rumble “By The Numbers” video airs next.
