WWE SmackDown (9/22/23).
- John Cena opened the show with an in-ring promo, with him saying that he was ready to fight The Bloodline alongside a partner, with the partner being revealed to be AJ Styles. They challenged The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa) to a fight on the spot. Sikoa & Uso got on the apron but immediately left.
- Backstage, John Cena & AJ Styles spoke with Adam Pearce to demand a match against Jimmy Uso & Solo SIkoa, but Pearce said that he would have to speak with Paul Heyman in regards to the challenge.
- Latino World Order (Rey Mysterio & Santos Escobar) (w/ Zelina Vega) def. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (W/ Bobby Lashley).
- There was a video package recapping The Rock's return to WWE.
- There was a video vignette of Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre, teasing that they are coming for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.
- Austin Theory went to complain to Adam Pearce, but he was stopped by the Brawling Brutes (Butch & Ridge Holland) before Grayson Waller joined the proceedings. The Brutes challenged Theory & Waller for a match for tonight, which Pearce made official.
- Backstage, Bobby Lashley spoke with The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) and told them to step up or he would find someone else.
- WWE Women's Championship: Iyo Sky (c) (w/ Bayley. &Dakota Kai) def. Asuka.
- Charlotte Flair watched the match from ringside.
- Adam Pearce had a contract to present for The Bloodline to have a tag match against John Cena & AJ Styles. Jimmy Uso accepted the terms without the permission of The Tribal Chief.
- There was a vignette of Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) detailing Prince's road to recovery.
- Austin Theory & Grayson Waller vs. Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland & Butch).
- John Cena & Adam Pearce were in the ring to sign the contract to make the match pitting Cena & AJ Styles against The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa) for Fastlane official; however, Uso & Sikoa viciously attacked Styles backstage, with Sikoa hitting a Splash on Styles off the production area. Styles was carried to the hospital alongside "Michin" Mia Yin, Karl Anderson, and multiple producers (including former NXT Tag Team Champion Jason Jordan).
- Paul Heyman came to the ring alongside The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso). They bragged about beating up AJ Styles. Cena came back to the ring to attack Sikoa & Uso. Cena tried to fight them off, but Sikoa laid Cena out with a Samoan Spike. Uso then hit the Splash. Uso & Sikoa stood tall to end the broadcast.
