WWE Intercontinental Championship Match

Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs Ali

Before the scheduled match between Shinsuke and Finn Bálor it's announced that Finn Bálor isn't medically cleared and Shinsuke comes out to the ring and makes the referee start the match, anticipating a count out before he's interrupted by Ali who says he's challenging Shinsuke. They go back and forth and mock each other early before Ali sends Shinsuke out of the ring and hits a cross body to the outside. Back in the ring Ali hits a diving cross body for a quick two count before Shinsuke catches him going for a springboard move and kicks him down to the floor before hitting a baseball slide. Shinsuke hits Bad Vibrations and an exploder suplex into knees to the ribs for a two count. Shinsuke locks in a sleeper before Ali gets free and hits a pop-up dropkick before Ali hits an enzuigiri into a rolling sit-out facebuster.

Ali dropkicks Shinsuke in midair for a near fall before Shinsuke comes back with a wheel kick and sliding German suplex before Ali superkicks Shinsuke when he goes for the Kinshasa. Ali hits a satellite DDT for a near fall before he misses a 450 and Shinsuke sends him face first into the kiddie turnbuckle before hitting the Kinshasa for the pin and the win.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura retains his WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating Ali via pinfall with the Kinshasa.

-Samoa Joe cuts a promo ahead of his triple threat match against the champion Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler.

-Elias is in the ring as we return from a the commercial with his guitar as he gets ready for a special performance before he performs for several uninterrupted minutes. Elias says that the Tennessee Titans will never win the Superbowl and that he's dedicating his next song to Shane McMahon who is his mentor before telling the WWE Universe to shut up or he's leaving. Elias then gets up and leaves before returning several times before he finally returns and plays two more songs before the lights go up and Kevin Owens hits him and sends him out of the ring. Kevin then challenges Elias to a match before he obliges.

Kevin Owens vs Elias

Elias boots Kevin into the corner as soon as the match starts before Kevin comes back and clotheslines Elias before hitting a senton, Elias rolling out of the ring to avoid a pin attempt. Elias takes his time and Kevin goes out after him before rolling him back into the ring, Elias catching Kevin getting back into the ring with a boot before stomping him in the corner and bending him around the ring post. Elias hits an old school meteora for a two count before Elias catches Kevin up top and goes for a superplex before Kevin headbutts him down to the mat. Kevin then hits a diving senton for a near fall before Elias counters a stunner into a high knee and misses a diving elbow before Kevin hits the stunner for the pin and the win.

Winner: Kevin Owens defeats Elias via pinfall with a stunner.

-We get an extended video package for Samoa Joe.

WWE Championship Triple Threat Match

Kofi Kingston (c) vs Dolph Ziggler vs Samoa Joe

Kofi dropkicks Dolph out of the ring and sends Joe out of the ring before Dolph drags Kofi out and sends him into the barricade. Joe and Dolph team up momentarily to wear down Kofi until Kofi comes back and hits a frog splash before Joe tosses him out of the ring and covers Dolph for a two count. Kofi sends Joe out of the ring and focuses on Dolph, hitting a boom drop before Dolph rolls out of the ring and Joe hits a Samoan drop for a near fall. Dolph DDTs Joe before Kofi hits a diving cross body and counters the famouser into an SOS for a near fall that Joe breaks up. Joe sends Kofi into the ring steps and Dolph into the announce table before Joe gets a two count off of a back elbow before Kofi counters the Coquina Clutch. Joe counters the Trouble in Paradise before Joe locks in the clutch and Dolph breaks it with a superkick for a near fall that Kofi breaks up. Kofi and Dolph then exchange strikes before Dolph hits the Zigzag for a near fall and Joe turns Kofi inside out with a lariat for a near fall before Kofi hits the Trouble in Paradise for the pin and the win.

Winner: Kofi Kingston retains his WWE Championship by defeating Samoa Joe and Dolph Ziggler via pinfall when he pins Joe with the Trouble in Paradise.
