WWE/NXT Live Event Reports, Aug. 29-Sept. 3: Raw Crew Works In London And Asia, Ronda Rousey, Horsewomen Team Again, More!

The WWE brand went global this past week, with events held on three different continents.

The Raw crew took on the ambitious schedule, working in London, England, on August 29, then going to Osaka, Japan two days later, having an event in Shanghai, China, and then returning to the States for Raw this past Monday.

NXT Live Event Results From Citrus Springs, FL (4/19): Trick Williams Headlines

Ronda Rousey was part of each stop of the globe-trotting tour, defending her Raw Women's Title against the woman she defeated to win the championship, Alexa Bliss. The stop in Osaka included seeing NXT Women's Champion Kairi Sane in action; she teamed with Bayley and Sasha Banks to face the Riott Squad in a six-woman tag.

The tour closed in Shanghai, China, where John Cena made his return to the ring. In his first match in five months, Cena teamed with Bobby Lashley and Finn Balor to face the trio of Baron Corbin, Elias and Jinder Mahal. Cena got the win with a new finisher.

Smackdown stayed stateside, with its loop of live events headlined by another series of WWE Title matches between AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, as they prepare to battle again at Hell In A Cell on September 16.

On the latest set of NXT events, the Four Horsewomen from MMA -- minus Rousey -- were in action again. After working together in a six-woman tag the prior week, the trio of Shayna Baszler, Mariana Shafir and Jessamyn Duke teamed together again August 30 in Jacksonville, Florida, defeating Dakota Kai, Io Shirai and Nikki Cross.
