WWE had both main rosters and a crew from NXT out on the road as the countdown to Royal Rumble weekend in Philadelphia continued.
On the Raw loop, injuries to Jason Jordan and Samoa Joe forced changes at the top of the card. An advertised Triple Threat for the Intercontinental Title between Roman Reigns, Joe and The Miz was off. Instead, the Raw main events consisted of three-on-two handicap matches pitting Reigns and Seth Rollins against Miz and his lackeys, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel.
Elsewhere in the Lone Star State, Smackdown held events on back-to-back nights in Hidalgo, Texas, before capping its loop in Corpus Christi. All three events saw
NXT had a group out touring close to home in Florida, with the Undisputed Era successfully defending the NXT Tag Titles against the Street Profits, after Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford won a Fatal Four Way for the No. 1 contendership on the first night of the loop in Winter Haven.
