Rey Mysterio files for a new trademark.

On Mar. 12, Rey Mysterio filed to trademark "Prince Mysterio" under the description "Clothing, namely, tank tops, t-shirts, shirts, sport shirts, polo shirts, undershirts, sweatshirts, pullovers, jackets, pants, jogging suits, exercise pants, sweatpants, shorts, underwear, boxer shorts, socks, pajamas, belts, gloves, Halloween and masquerade costumes, wrist bands, bandannas; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers; headwear, namely, hats, caps. Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network."

Mysterio, under his real name Oscar Gutierrez, already has trademarks on "Principe Mysterio," "Greatest Mask Of All Time," "GMOAT," and "Rey Mysterio."

Mysterio showed up on SmackDown Live on Tuesday to announce he will be challenging Samoa Joe for the US Title at WrestleMania 35. However, he was not alone. Mysterio re-introduced his son Dominic to the WWE Universe, announcing that Dominic will be ringside at WrestleMania. Dominic has been training to become a professional wrestler, recently working with Lance Storm at the Storm Academy in Canada.
