Rhea Ripley Would Love To Face Ronda Rousey Should She Come Back

Rhea Ripley is set for a showdown with Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36, but it doesn't mean she wouldn't mind stepping in the ring with another former Raw Women's Champion.

Speaking to Mid-Day.com, Ripley was asked about a potential match with Ronda Rousey.

Konosuke Takeshita: I'm Craving Your Belt, MOX

She replied, "I'd love to step into the ring with Ronda Rousey. I used to watch her when I was at home in Aus and I connected with her. There are so many similarities, it is strange. I'd love to face her if she comes back."

Rousey was very complimentary of Ripley on a recent appearance on WWE After The Bell. When asked about who has stood out to her in NXT, Rousey replied, "Rhea Ripley. She is doing amazing. I'd love to have a match with her someday. She matches up with everybody so differently and there's so many things she can pull out of people that they can't do with anybody else. I'm really looking forward to seeing if we ever get that opportunity. I'd love to get in the ring with her. She's fantastic."

It is unknown if Ripley and Rousey will ever share the ring as opponents as Rousey has not been seen since WrestleMania 35 when she lost the Raw Women's Title to Becky Lynch.

Ripley made a special appearance on WWE Raw, confronting Charlotte Flair and knocking her down with a strike.
