We have a new X Division Champion in IMPACT.
The IMPACT X Division Championship was vacated because of the former champion Brian Cage cashing in option C to challenge for the IMPACT World Title tonight at IMPACT's 'Homecoming' pay-per-view so where there is a vacant championship, there are a hungry competitors waiting to take it and tonight Rich Swann, Trey Miguel, Jake Crist and Ethan Page competed in a Ultimate X match to determine who was leaving 'The Asylum' as IMPACT X Division Champion and emerging victorious from the match was Rich Swann.

The action was hot from the jump as all four men had moments when it appeared that they were going to become champion but in the end it was Rich Swann and Trey Miguel rushing towards the title. Swann had the lead and before Trey could get there, the X Division Title fell into the lap of Swann as he fell down with it and is now Rich Swann is the new IMPACT X Division Champion.
