Richard Holliday Finishes Cancer Treatment

Richard Holliday continues to get better.

On February 18, Holliday took to social media to announce that he had finished his cancer treatment process. He thanked everyone for their support and said it is now time to recover.

In December, Holliday revealed that he was being treated for Hodgkin’s lymphoma after being away from Major League Wrestling for over six months.

Holliday has not wrestled since his June 23 bout at the MLW Fusion tapings where he challenged Alex Hammerstone for the MLW World Heavyweight Title in Falls Count Anywhere match.

It is unknown if or when he will return to the ring, but in January he was adamant that he would beat cancer and said he couldn't stop thinking about his return, believing he's mentally ready, but knows it will take more time physically, even after chemo treatment.

Fightful continues to wish Holliday the best in his recovery.
