Ricky Saints doesn't want to put himself in a box by saying he has only one potential dream challenger for the NXT North American Title.
In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm recorded after he successfully defended the title against Ethan Page at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver, Ricky Saints was asked who he would like to defend the title against next. Saints didn't name any names but did say that the entire WWE roster, across WWE Monday Night Raw, WWE Friday Night SmackDown, and WWE NXT, all interest him as potential matchups.
Ricky Saints wants to be a fighting champion and take on all comers.
"Oh, gosh, what a great question. Honestly, I get that question quite a bit to show my hands. Would be foolish on my part, okay, of course. But I will say this, the current roster that we have from Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, each brand perks my interest in some way, right? And so I think it would be great to defend this title against anybody from those brands in itself. It's always good to mix it up with something fresh and new, and especially getting a mix of these different personalities that we have here at WWE, so that's a hard one. I'm not going to put myself in a box on that one and say one name. I want them all."
Malcolm mentioned Omos, to which Ricky responded that he's a great guy and wears great cologne.
Ricky Saints isn't done with Ethan Page, though. Page attacked Ricky backstage at the end of the May 13 episode of WWE NXT.
