Ricky Sosa: “I Didn’t Expect My Entrance To Go That Viral”

Ricky Sosa gained notoriety with the USA-based wrestling fans after his ‘Bang Bang Sosa Sosa’ entrance began to circulate on social media.

Sosa’s in-ring ability and his popularity led him to make his debut for TNA Wrestling. Following his TNA debut, Sosa appeared on Busted Open and spoke about his entrance. He never expected it to go viral.

“I didn’t expect my entrance to go that viral to be honest… One day I woke up and I just see my face everywhere, in every social media. TikTok, Instagram, Twitter. I never expected it to be that big… For European wrestlers, it’s so difficult to get noticed by Americans and all the things so, I’m so grateful for that. So I’m real thankful to social media but now, I also want to show the world that we have talent over here. We have a lot of wrestlers that can do it overseas. So this is my biggest goal right now.”

Sosa scored a win over Brad Attitude on the 3/12 Thursday Night iMPACT, and he also had a match against Jason Hotch that was recorded for TNA Xplosion.
