Ricky Starks comments on Mercedes Mone potentially joining AEW.
Fightful Select has reported that industry sources have pointed to All Elite Wrestling as the landing spot for Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks).
Appearing on Gabby AF, Ricky Starks was asked about the rumors of Mercedes joining AEW.
"I keep hearing that and you know what, I haven’t seen her backstage, so I don’t know," he said.
Starks did comment that he would rather team with Mone than face her.
AEW has not confirmed Mercedes joining the company. Mone hasn't wrestled since May 21, when she suffered an ankle injury against Willow Nightingale at NJPW STRONG Resurgence 2023.
