Ricky Steamboat will appear on the August 17 episode of AEW Dynamite.
In a tweet on August 16, AEW president Tony Khan announced that Steamboat will be the special guest timekeeper for the event.

Ricky The Dragon Steamboat, one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all-time, making his return to @TBSNetwork tomorrow night @ 8pm ET/7pm CT!
Steamboat's presence on the show will be quite fitting; it will be presented by "House Of The Dragon", the Game Of Thrones spinoff which will premiere on August 21 on HBO and HBO Max. The legend previously wrestled as Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, and Dynamite will also feature several other dragons.
"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson will face :The Dragon Slayer" Daniel Garcia in a Two-out-of-Three Falls match. Plus, Dragon Lee will team up with RUSH and Andrade El Idolo to face The Young Bucks and a mystery partner in a first-round bout in the AEW World Trios Championship Tournament.
