At WWE Super ShowDown in February, Ricochet stepped in the ring with WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. The bout didn't go well for the challenger as Lesnar won in just over a minute.
Despite the quick match and many fans being disappointed with how things played out, Ricochet took something positive away from things.
"That was a dream come true. I remember back in 2002-2003 watching Brock vs. The Rock or Kurt Angle. Being able to be part of that history and have my name in there with those guys and being one of the challengers against Brock, just the history of it. Then the scale and the size of everything they do [in Saudi]. He's a beast. It's a cool thing for me, not thinking I would be in the WWE and now being here, but not only being here but being able to succeed," he said in an appearance on WJLA.
Many fans have been disappointed with Ricochet's booking following the loss to Lesnar as he has been moved to WWE Main Event for the time being. However, Ricochet sent out a message to fans, asking them to be happy that he gets to perform every week. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
