Riddick Moss: I Had To Leave Mojo Rawley To Spread My Wings, Truly Grow And Fulfill My Potential

After only a few weeks being together, Riddick Moss has left Mojo Rawley to further grow.

On the February 10 edition of Raw, Moss turned on Rawley after the duo lost a tag team match against The Street Profits and pinned Rawley to become the new 24/7 Champion. Moss has been paired up with Rawley for weeks, but now Moss is looking out for himself and the Riddick Moss brand.

After winning the 24/7 Championship, Moss spoke with WWE backstage and mentioned that he learned all that he could from the former champion.

“Mojo was great. I learned a lot from Mojo, but I learned all I can from Mojo. Riddick had to leave Mojo to spread my wings and truly grow and fulfill my potential. This is great for the 24/7 brand. This is great for Riddick Moss’ brand. It’s a win-win. I’m the best athlete that’s ever held this thing. Ever. 24/7, 7/11, Waffle House, I’m open 24 hours, come get some,” Moss said.

Moss joins a long list of people to hold the 24/7 Championship that includes the likes of Rob Stone, Enes Kanter, Kyle Busch, Mike Rome, Drake Maverick and R-Truth nearly three dozen times and even Santa Claus.
